Food for the day
Keeping with my goal of staying between 16-1800 cals, which was actually very hard, I felt like I was eating all day long.
Breakfast
1.5 cups Ore-Ida O'brian potatoes, sauteed and then
2 large eggs, scrambled and then added to the mix. (made kind of a potatoe casserole, might add salsa to it tomorrow)

Mid-morning Snack
1 small apple
1 small homemade low fat banana bread muffin
Total: 197
Lunch
2 oz deli ham
1 serving Wheat thins, Big (11 crackers)
1 lite string cheese
1 sandwich baggie of baby carrots, celery & cucumbers
Total: 315
Mid-afternoon Snack
3 chocolate rice cakes
Most of one large banana (counted cals for the whole thing though)
2 cups honeydew
2 cups cantelope
Total: 535
Dinner
fajita:
1 tortilla
3 oz leftover roast
.5 cup mex shredded cheese
.25 cup lettuce
1/8 cup salsa (love salsa)
Total: 465
Total for the day: 1802 cals
Man, about mid-afternoon though I really didn't want to eat any more. Not because I was so full, because I wasn't stuffed full, but just because I was tired of eating. LOL never thought I'd hear myself say that!!
I also haven't been feeling the greatest today, either. My sinuses are acting up, and I'm exhausted. I think I'm just going to go to bed tonight.
