Thanks SoCo! I've put a few pounds back on in the last few weeks so trying to drop the little buggers again!

Zera: You may think I have the legs of a new-born giraffe but I'm def rocking the "tree trunks" look. Think "elephant chique" (See photos below) Wish I had the confidence to go around in tiny shorts! will def try to get healthy snacks tonight, thanks love :)


Sorry to hear about your ex, Mystic--sounds like a piece of shit, glad you got rid of him! My shorter man is delicious in every way so I'm happy to have a short one for a change ;) My ex was 6'3 but a drug addict/serial liar. Maybe it's something to do with tall men?!!
 
Had one of the most horrible nights at the airport.

Turned up at around 11pm (freezing cold) to be told that the airport didn't open until 5am. We went to a million different hotels and everywhere was fully booked so ended up in an elevator in a car park as it was the warmest place we could find and camped out there. It was so cold we emptied out our friends suitcase and covered ourselves with all her clothes. Woke up around half 4 and walked back to the airport. Fell asleep there until her flight at 7am. Me and friend caught train to next town to get a connecting train but no trains leaving until 8:45am so stranded in bloody freezing town at 7am on a Sunday. Found pub that was serving breakfast, ordered coffee and fell asleep on the sofas until they woke us up and asked us to leave.
Finalllllly got home around 10.

Fucking nightmare.
So tired.


Didn't eat anything at all through the night as too bloody cold to move much!
 
Breakfast: A bite of my friends sausage (no jokes, please ;)) (30?!)
Lunch: 2 crumpets with marmite (160) twiglets (270)
Dinner: left over casserole (100) rice (205)

Exercise: 45 min walk

Calories very low but slept most of the day and feeling grotty!

Update: ate moreee! Had 2 more crumpets and a mini pizza :p Another 150+480 cals = 1395

Hey Sunflower! I just finished reading thru your whole journal - this new one anyway. You are doing great! I loved looking thru all your photos that you've posted. Some days I think it would be nice to be tall like you, but most days I'm happy with my 5' 5". My best friend is 5' even and married a man 6'9" - It's comical to see the 2 of them together because her head comes just above his waist!

Sorry you had such a crappy night with your friend. You're such a good friend to stay with her thru all that!

Well, I'm off now to search for a picture of Cabbie since I have a thing for bearded gentlemen, especially those older than me. :drool5:

Literally being hacking my lungs up all morning and night :( Hate being sick and I've got this stupid night shift tonight and I'll probably be keeping the poor kid up half the night coughing! :leaving:

Awhh well! Still feeling sicky in the mornings but have done like 3 tests and I'm not pregnant so think maybe it's tummy bug or something? Meh. Really behind on Uni work so got to do some of that on my night tonight which will be boring as hell but needs to be done! :ack2:

Calories were good for yesterday and walked the 45 mins home from the restaurant as well instead of getting a cab which I'm pleased with.

Breakfast: WW hot choc (50)
Lunch: 2 crumpets (160) crisps (128) jelly pot (10)
Dinner: baked potato (250) kiev (300) rice (200)
Snacks:

Total: 1398 but will snack after midnight as on night shift so will count 400 calories extra on top of this food probably then 200 calories for the other snacks I have tonight? I don't know

So I've just been to class "prison sexuality" unit. Very...interesting? Now having dinner and then off to the dreaded night shift!
 
Just catching up on a few diaries as I've not checked in for a few days. Weight watchers is 11 euros a week here in Spain which now that I've learnt most of what they have to teach me seems a bit excessive just to get weighed.
I'm in a minority here as I have never fancied a man with a beard. My dad always had a beard and to me beards were always things that Dads had not potential boyfriends. On the other hand I looove hugging tall men especially when they're not to skinny. I love the feeling when they put their arm around you and you just get tucked under their arm, I feel so protected. I suppose it makes me feel like a little girl again and safe.
I hope that you're feeling better now and you look skinny in those photos :D
 
Heyy lovely :) Agree with you on WW completely but I need the public humiliation of having to be weighed by someone else, I think. I struggle to keep accountable at home!

Night shift was fine last night--ate a whole bag of twiglets which was about 450 calories in the end and then 3 string cheese (don't ask--really obsessed right now!) which came to about 150 calories so 600 all together. I'll have 300 added on to yesterdays calories and 300 for today :) :cheers2:

I was a very good girl today and got up at 8 to go to Uni! Even went to the library to work on my dissertation between classes! Back home for an hour to relax and then back to good ol' work. Might get my chubby butt on the cross trainer for 20 mins as well! Brought two WW meals for the next 2 nights dinner. Beef ravioli and some other yummy thing. Only like 260 calories which is good because I'll probably snack on frozen yogs later!

I brought this extra good for you, yummy yogs and shoved them in the freezer instead of the fridge without thinking and OH MY GOD THEY ARE SO YUMMY. And only 71 calories a pop! :sifone: Beauuuutiful!

Breakfast: 2 crumpets (160)
Lunch: 6inch subway with just salad, crisps (480)
Dinner: WW meal (260)
Snacks: 3 string cheese (170) frozen yog (70) crisps (128)
Total: 1268
Exercise: 30 min walk

Sorry you're feeling crap still.
Are you doing your tests first wee of the day? Hcg hormone drops through the day, so if you do a blue dye test later on in the day you could get a negative even if you are, whereas a pink dye first thing in the morning will be one of the most accurate you could do.
Sorry to worry you if I have, just thought you should know.. (Can you tell I'm gunna be a midwife? :p)

Yeah, I did them first pee of ze day and still negative!

Although, as from a few days ago, I'm now hacking up my lungs coughing and have a horrible cold so think it's just a virus thing. Also, I've come on today! So no baby! Yay! Just horrible cramps and cravings for cheeeeeese!

Ate well yesterday (calorie wise!) and hope to do the same today. Had a horrible headache when I woke up this morning so stayed in bed until 2pm with the boy having fun :beating: Great way to start the day!

Got work soon so dosing up on painkillers for this horrid headache and going to try and survive! The boys are all getting Chinese take away tonight (the downside of living with 4 guys--always eating!) but I'm going to try and tough it out and have my WW meal instead. Thinking I might go a buy a mini-pizza or something though for under 500 calories so I can feel like I'm being treated as well!
