Yeah, you were right. I really thought I was eating enough cuz of the amount of food that I ate. I ate like all the time BUT it was nothing but health food. I practicly lived on veggies, fruit, and yogurt. Oh my new thing is canned pumpkin. Mmmmm! I heard about it from someone on here. I add pumpkin spice and Splenda and eat it. I don't even cook it or warm it up...lol. It's really not bad for ya at all. Ya just have to make sure you get the "pumpkin" and not "pumpkin pie mix". The pie mix has sugar and stuff added. Then again.... my taste buds are a little off. I haven't had "GOOD" food in so long that canned pumpkin tastes good to me....lol. I don't eat junk... AT ALL!!! I see food as nutrition now and there isn't anything a bag of chips is gonna give me that I want. The last time I ate anything bad was like six months ago or so I ate a slice of pie. Probably the worst thing that I've ate in the past several month since i've stopped losing is a single hotdog(no bun) every once in a great while. I eat very healthy so I knew I wasn't losing because of that.
I felt really fat last night. It sucked! I can tell that i've gained at least a little. People laugh at me when I say that I can tell if I gain five pounds. They are like "oh PLEASE... it's FIVE pounds... you can't tell. You only think you can cuz the scale said so" but I really can. I swear I gain it all right in my mid-section and it's obvious to me.
Ya know, you may never even hit a plateau. I wouldn't worry so much about it. When I was your age I lost 55 pounds and never hit a plateau... thats not saying that you won't though. If you do, it's not that bad. They normally don't last too long. Mine on the other hand has lasted over two months BUT we now know why
