Yeah, smoking stinks. I smoked for several years but quit about three years ago. Actually, I had to quit like four times before it actually lasted but they always say "Never quit, quiting." Now if I could just get my husband to stop smoking

Yeah Ibuprofin would be your best choice, it's an anti imflamitory which means it helps with pain and swelling. Just don't take too many! and if the pain keep up you should porobably see a Dr.
Some times its good to change up your food however just so you don't get in a rut with eating the same things every single day. Good Luck sounds like your on the right track so far!

It's rare to sustain a loss of 3.5 pounds a week for long, so don't get discouraged by weeks where you might not lose as much. Our bodies go through natural ebbs & flows - but keep doing what you're doing, maybe throw in some extra vegies & fruit and you'll be at your goal in no time!
