Sensible core work:
Overhead squats, normal squats, deadlifts etc. kettlebell/ dumbell swings, isolation like plank, hyperextensions, even crunches.
Various suspension trainer work, especially if you are able to get both sides working independantly.
Slackline walking, gymnastics, pilates, dance.
Focus on posture, basically regular deportment, holding yourself properly while sat and stood.
Stupid but none the less very effective:
All but the isolation from above standing on somthing mobile, like a bosu ball, either way up, or medicine ball.
Push ups with clap with feet on suspension trainer straps, various othe rmovements where the only thing staying out of mid air are dangling from moving straps.
I do a combination of sensible and stupid, but that is me in general.
