Just read all of your posts in this thread. First of all, happy belated birthday! Sorry I hadn't read sooner to wish you one on your birthday! Secondly, I really admire your dedication. It has to be challenging to get your exercise in along with proper nutrition when you're taking care of 3 young ones! You're a very strong and determined lady! Last of all, if you make those protein bars, please let me know how they come and which recipe you use. Been thinking of trying to make my own. The store bought ones just haven't been doing it for me.
