Diary - Part 2

Did day6 of 30ds. Find my stamina is improving :). Did all the jumping jacks without a break today. On day 1 couldn't even manage half :D. Oooh and press up. Can do 10modified press ups now. Might not sound like much but form not even being able to do the modified ones to 10 is a big plus for me :). Pleased with my workout today.

Great job on the work out.
I understand completely with the modified push ups, I remember going from not managing one to managing more. We had to do them every pole fitness workout as part of the warm up, Its not as easy as it looks so great job!
And the jumping jacks nonstop, awesome.

shredding away I see! Very good....getting stronger. Hubby better be nice to you or you can whup him! ha ha

Thank you all :) workout did make my day :)
@brawny - my hubby is what i like to call a 'fitness freak'. Has been for the last 15 odd years. Will take me a while to be able to whup him. :). He just smiles when i get excited about the little things. They are nothing for him.

Copied from the summer shred challenge. Better loss this week. I will average out my calories for the week and make that my limit. :)

Average for the week comes to 1614. So i have to hit at least 1600 a day. I'll aim for 1650 a day this week and see how it goes.
Have a wonderful wednesday :)

Everything in order for you and good plan for next week with calorie goal. If baby is happy aka not going hungry you're doing it right.

Today
Calories: 1650/1650
Water: 3+ litres
Exercise: 30ds level1 (day 7)

Not a bad day by the figures but a lot of my food today was bad :( need to stock up on more healthy snacks and meals.

Thanks Clarissa. It is better recently. My only problem is i have to eat regularly and finding quick good calorie rich foods is not easy. I need foods i don't need to prepare. So i end up eating unhealthy. Croissants and chocolate, ice cream etc. Need to do some good food searching...

Hi angel, thank you very much for repping me :) That was sweet.
Buying good quality protein like cheese or a barbecued chicken would be an easy way to boost your calories. Avocadoes are easy as well. I love avocado mixed with a hard-boiled egg & a little low-fat mayo, salt & pepper. I also add a little of our home-made rhubarb chutney for flavour, but it isn't necessary. It's simple & very handy as either a snack or a meal. Do you like bananas? Great as a filling & nutritious snack. Dried fruit? Hommus?
You are doing well with your exercise. It's good to be able to do more & more. Enjoy your achievements! Cheers, Cate

Good job girl! Your definitely owning me in the summer shred challenge- which is the challenge I made so I gotta do it up right lol! Keep it up :)

Cate said most of them, though I make my hummus fat free.
If I am low on cals I eat avocado, peanutbutter (mine is organic and 99.3% pnut) or I just eat seeds with a spoon or mayo my food. Cheese would probably do it too.

My friend who breast fed found it hard to find the time to eat,
She loves her meals and gets grumpy if she hasn't eaten or eaten a proper meal.

She would prepare meals like a shepards pie with vegeie in it and freeze portions so that if she needed to eat in a hurry she had healthy homemade meals that just need to be zapped in the microwave.
Just finding the one time in the week to prepar all this but then was set for the rest of the week.

If I can breast feed longer than a week this time I might adopt that habit.

After a week when I gave up it was easier because babies eat less often with the bottle. Breast feeding however I think is better for the baby and the mum if it can be done. I was just in too much pain.

Thank you Cate :) i do have bananas already before my workout. Love bananas. Not tried avocado ever. Will give that a go. Something new. And my sister is always recommending hummus to me. I do like hummus so that's something else to add to the shopping list. Thank you for your suggestions. Always helps when someone else points things out. And trail mix is another one i used to have lots of. :)

All these suggestions do help thank you. I'm having peanut butter for breakfast. Love it. Need to stock up thou. Going to attempt making some protein bars next week. That will also help. Quick snack. And i love cheese and mayo. A bit too much i think lol. :)
