Your mini goals are very realistic. I'm sure you'll get them no problem. I should really starting challenging myself like that. It sounds like great motivation! :)

Did 30ds level2 day5 today. Am halfway through the program now :). Can't wait to finish it and move onto something else. I am getting used to level 2 now. It didn't feel too bad today. Might up the weights for some moves tomorrow.

I have not been reporting calories and water in a while that's because i've been staying on top of it. As soon as i feel like i'm relaxing i'll have to start recording again.

I hate that weight loss has slowed down now that i'm close to the end. Not sure of the exact number i want to get to but i know its the last 15-20pounds now. Hopefully. Oh well slowly but surely. Keep at it!

I might not meet the 14h our exercise goal as am doing 3hours on a good week. Might aim for 12. Seems more realistic.

August exercise:

1st - 30ds lvl2 day5
2nd - 30ds lvl2 day6
3rd - 30ds lvl2 day7
4th - rest

Total - 1.5/12hours

Tomorrow i am also starting this plan using an app on my phone to increase my number of push ups. I can do proper push ups now... well nearly. can't go very low but i'm not doing them on my knees anymore :D. I hope within a couple of months i can do a decent amount of proper push ups. Did a practice today-managed 5 :p. Got a long way to go!
