Moving's a huge amount of work in itself; never mind the gym. Enjoy your new house!
Thank you for stopping by. I will try not to mind, but I feel lazy! Have a great day!

Hi David. Great your son is getting into bicycling. Sounds like your workout program is doing great!
Hey David!! I just thought I would drop by your journal and say Hi. I have been reading for a week or so and it sounds like you are mega motavated. That is (as we say up here in Maine) Wicked Awesome.
What kind of bike are you going to get? I bought myself a cheap Walmart brand a few years ago and love to ride with the family. We started out with two in the pull cart as well. Now all three of the kids are riding without training wheels. They love our family rides. There are three parks around where we live, so we ride to each one and let the kids run around and play on the play ground while my wife and I ride around the park.
Keep on writing and I will catch you later.

I haven't really looked at what kind of bike I am going to get yet, but I think I am going to go look tonight. I can't wait to go out with the family on rides. We live right near the waterfront and there is a 5 mile stretch that is a lot of fun to ride along.
How about a 'bent?![]()
That sounds awesome. I wish we lived some where near the water. We are in town so not much like that around here. It would be an all day ride on the bikes to be by the water. I like riding my motor cycle down along the Penobscot River. It is very peaceful and you don't have to go 70 mph just to keep up with traffic. Kind of just put along enjoying the river.
Good luck bike shopping.
