HI there,

you made it back on track - great...I was reading your posts and noticed that you missed a few meals, but I see now that this was an exception...good for you:):)
And you added the exercise again as well....you're still ahead of me...although I have plans for tonight and this weekend...wish me luck that it works.

Hi Lisa,

I've been very busy the past couple of weeks, that I was hard for me to fit in three meals a day. But I'm getting better at making sure I eat at least something if I can't have a full meal. I haven't been exercising as well as I should. Because I am eating smaller meals, I don't have the urge to workout as much as I used to because before, the only thing that got me to the gym was if I felt overweight, which was usually the result of eating too big a meal.

Good luck with your exercise! Maybe we can think of some motivation for each other! :)

hi there,

you're keeping on track even though you have a very busy schedule....congratulations....keep up the good work:):)

Hi Lisa!

Thanks. It feels good to be healthy. Today I was able to fit into a pair of jeans that I couldn't even button a few months ago. They were tight, but not uncomfortable. It feels good to know that I have made some progress, even if it doesnt show on the scale. :)

HI cutie,

do you still have enough energy for your busy schedule? I read over your meal plan for the last few days and if you are still working and going to school, it seems like you are not eating enough to keep you energized throughout a long day...
have a nice weekend:)

Hi Lisa,

I do have enough energy throughout the day. The only thing that I have noticed is that I don't work out as intense as before, and I do get tired sooner when I am at the gym. But during the day, I do not feel tired. :) Thanks for your concern!
