HI there,


how is it going? Are you still keeping up with your busy schedule? I noticed that you dropped all the snacks from your 'menu'. Is that working for you? I'd be starving, but I guess everyone's different, right?!:)
 
Hi Lisa,

My schedule isn't as busy as it used to be because the school semester is beginning to come to an end. I'm glad I'm not as busy. I did cut the snacks from my diet, mainly because I am not hungry between means anymore. I think it is because I am choosing more balanced meals when I do eat. Before I used to just eat carbs and fat but now I am integrating more protein which is keeping me fuller for longer. :)

3 pieces mini chocolate

Dinner:

1 piece whole wheat toast
1 egg
1 slice of salami

Exercise:

Stationary bike: 20 mins.
