I feel like crap. I don't think I've lost anything this week. And that's fair enough cause I didn't exercise cause ive been at work and just too tired. Gah.
Startying from tomorrow IM going to walk an hour everyday whether or not I am or am not working.

cant weigh myself today cause its christmas eve and the chemist is closed.. dont think i lost anything anyways.

tomorrow is christmasss! yay! its good becasue its mostly all meat and veggies so thats awesome.

Great Job so far! Are you doing any formal exercise as well? Don't worry about 1 kilo atm- your body will flucuate and is it possible you are starting to "estimate" your carbs, especially over the holidays? I know for me, I journal all I eat and its hard sometime to estimate calories etc when I eat at a friends house and dont the the exact portion or ingredients- do that a few times a week, and the calories could add up as they weren't counted accurately.
 
Nope, I just eat what I normally eat like I have been.
Even on Christmas all i ate was meat and vegies lol
So I don't understand how I gained a kilo.
I didnt exercise last week cause I was working and just too tired.
but this week I've walked everyday and done my exercise dvd

So I don't understand how I gained a kilo.

Same way you lost 3 last week - water weight fluctuation. :) I assume you're only weighing once a week to avoid obsessing over daily fluctuations. Well, it's just as easy to have weekly fluctuations, too.

You're averaging a 1.2kg per week loss, which is quite fast. Don't get discouraged by the ups and downs, as long as you're generally trending lower. Hang in there!
 
Nah i havent lost anything for 3 weeks. ONly lost 3 kilos this month.
I realise why I put on the weight.. because im on my period.
you gain all that fluid stuff like 2-3 kilos i read.
so hopefully thats the reason lol

it's also new years eve tonight, im not sure if i wanna drink, because i could cause there is a low carb beer with 3.5 carbs a bottel, but i dont want to risk it.. but i should celebrate.. i might just have 4 beers which is 14 carbs. Not too sure yet.

Hrmm not that bad.. only 9 over my carb limit.

Iono I feel crap for drinking those beers last night.
But today I made low carb ice cream and cheese cake.. should be nice hopefully.
Also found low carb/ low sugar jelly! Since its so hot it will be awesome to eat.
