Its stinking hot here today too!

Question, do you feel hungry on Atkins? And when did your sugar cravings stop? How long are you going on induction for?
 
I live in Melbourne =) I reckon, it's so hot.. even harder to exercise LOL

Nah I don't feel hungry, like I used to snack all the time.. and even the foods I could snack on during atkins, I don't. Cause yeh it shrinks your tummy and makes you less hungry.

I still have sugar cravings, but its easier to control now. it start getting easier about 2nd week in I reckon.

Hrmm, Iono, as long as possible til I reach my first goal which is 90kg

Melbourne has been really hot apparantly, it got to 35 or something crazy.

Whats even more crazy is that it was 30 in Hobart today! Hobart! Crazy.

When I did Atkins I got massive sugar withdrawl symptoms, and ended up caving in and buying bags and bags of starburst lollies. I would have loved to have the willpower to do it though. Its the only fad diet that really makes sense to do!
 
Day 18

Was gonna walk home today, but it was rainging >.< So just gonna do my exercise dvd again tonight.

Breakfast
- Atkins bar (2 carbs)

Lunch
- Ceaser Salad (5 carbs)

Snack
- Atkins chocolate bar (2 carbs)

Dinner
- Chicken breast (0 carbs)
- tomato paste ( 5 carbs)
- cheese ( 1 carb)
- salad ( 3 carbs )

Total Carbs = 18 carbs

Hrmm ima walk home today from tafe.. other then that I cbf today. SO tired.

Breakfast
- Atkins bar (2 carbs)
- Atkins shake ( 2 carbs)

Lunch
- Left over dinner from last night ( 3 carbs)

Snack
- Atkins bar ( 2 carbs)

Dinner
- Pork chops x2 ( 0 carbs)
- Pumpkin (2 carbs)
- Carrot (1 carb)
- Cauliflower ( 2 carbs)

Snack
- 2 piece of bacon ( 1 carb)

Total Carbs = 15 carbs

Day 20!

WOW! DAY 20. Can't believe I made it this far. I'm so proud! =)

Anyways I didn't walk much this week, been slack in that department. But I've done my exercise dvd 3 times this week.. and again tonight and tomorrow night.

Breakfast
- Atkins bar ( 2 carbs)

Lunch
- This thing I found its like for kids you get cheese and ham sticks and it was alright, it had less then 1g carb for the whole thing ( 2 carbs)

Dinner
- Salad ( 3 carbs)
- Meatballs and sauce ( 10 carbs)

Total Carbs = 17 Carbs
 
Day 21

Gonna do my exercise DVD today. So thats 5 times this week. Never done it that much before LOL

Breakfast
- Atkins bar (2 carbs)

Lunch
- Subway (9 carbs)

Snack
- Atkins Bar ( 2 carbs)

Dinner
- Salad (3 carbs)
- Meatballs from last night ( 10 carbs)

Total Carbs
- 26 carbs

Grrr, went over today! =( Gonna have to eat less tomorrow now.

Crap day all around. Car broke down... my bag broke. Grr.
Not in the best of moods atm.

- 4 party sausage rolls without pastry (6 carbs)

Snack
- Kiddy cheese and ham snack ( 1 carb)

Dinner
- Roast chicken (0 carbs)
- Pumpkin (3 carbs)
- Cauliflower (2 carbs)

Total Carbs = 14 carbs
 
Day 23

I didn't lose ANYTHING this week. Grr. So stupid.
Shouldnt of ate those subways and seafood salad LOL
So Im going to eat less carbs and exercise more this week.

- Nothing

Lunch
- Atkins bar ( 2 carbs)

Dinner
- half a chicken breast ( 0 carbs)
- Parmasen cheese ( 1 carb)
- Egg ( .5 carb )
- Salad ( 3 carbs)

Snack
- Atkins Shake ( 2 carbs)

Total Carbs = 8.5

I know I should eat more.. but I feel so bad for nothing losing anything.

Yeah that's true. But I didn't except not to lose nothing. I exercised like 5 days in a row, and it still didn't help.

Oh wells. Just gotta keep on trying LOL

- Half hamburger patty ( 0 carbs)
- Salad ( 2 carbs)
- 1 and half eggs ( 1 carb)

Total Carbs = 9 carbs

YAY! Weighed myself today and I lost 3 kilos this week =)
So happy.

- Cheese ( 1 carb)
