Congrats to you too! I see you've lost a fair amount too! Yay! =)

Walked home today.

Dinner
- Chicken breast (0 carbs)
- Cheese (1 carb)
- Spagetthi sauce ( 4 carbs)

Total Carbs= 11

- Atkins bar ( 2 carbs)

Dinner
- Subway ( 9 carbs)

Total Carbs = 13
 
I'm going away for a week, so won't be updating for that long.
But will write down everything I've ate each day, and upload it all when i get back =)

- Some cream cheese ( 1 carb)

- Veal ( 0 carbs)
- Salad ( 2 carbs)
- 2 eggs ( 1 carb)

Total Carbs = 9 carbs

- Lamb ( 0 carbs)
- Pumpkin ( 2 carbs)
- Half a carrot ( 1 carb)

Iono I dont feel like ive lost much or anything this week, but tomorrow is weigh day.. havent weight myself in like a week and a half - 2 weeks.. so see what happens.

Thanks! yay.. I lost another 3 kilos so thats 10 kilos lost now.
