It is saturday morning and i am sitting here re evaluating my goal.
Goal Date 11th November, Matti Tikka PL & BP Challenge
Goal Weight: 82 kg (I would like to drop another weight division)
Squat: I would like to improve my squat depth more than the weight i am lifting, at the moment my squat depth it patchy and was borderline in two lifts at the last competition.
Bench Press: I would like to bring my Bench press up to 65 kg, I need to work on improving the strenght in my weak arm (Right) and to practice the pause at the bottom of the lift.
Deadlift: I would like to bring my deadlift up to 140 kg
all of the above lifts are raw but i would also like to get a squat suit, DL suit and bench shirt for competition like the other lifters i am competing against.
I watched the Mighty EELS take on the warriors last nights in round 1 of the finals on TV and i thought that the penalty Try was a crock of shit by the warriors, but at least it didn't change the result. EELS WIN
