I think i am a little like my youngest son, he has Autism and is ADHD, I see many of his traits in myself and to a greater degree when i was younger. When i was younger i could never sit still but after having 3 kids I lost a lot of that energy when i was unable to do much while the kids were young and i gained weight and became depressed but now the kids are all in school, and i work from home as a web developer/SEO specialist and E-business consultant I have enough time to expend my excess energy which makes me feel a lot better. I want to become a personal trainer so i can make a living out of what i enjoy and help others as i am no longer enjoying computer work.

I started to feel the effects of a cold yesterday and today i feel bloody awful, no gym today, time for rest and recovery, i feel sick and going to spend the rest of the day in bed.

, spent yesterday at the hospital on oxegen for my asthma (i ate some chips which had MSG in them) I also have laryngitis which is also affecting my breathing. It is a bit of a challenge getting 3 boys to do what you want with absolutely NO VOICE
