Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

FAT SMASH DAY 3!!! (exercise and food-consistent and doing great!)

Bkfst: 1/2 cup of Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon (mixed it with water only)
1 cup of Hot Dieters Tea/Mixed with Oolong Tea

Snack: 1 banana (the oatmeal leaves me satisfied for so long)
3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
24 oz. of Water- 2 sessions

Lunch: (will be) 1/2 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ Pinto Beans (3/4 cup all together)
1 cup of Hot Tea (12 mins. of YOGA)!
1/2 bite of chocolate

Snack: 1 orange, 1 grapefruit, 16. oz Water

Dinner: 1/2 cup of Pinto Beans mixed with Black Eye Beans
1 cup of Hot tea
16 oz. of Water


....Exercise Tonight: 12 mins of Yoga Positive Affirmations during Lunch
60 mins. of Power Yoga @ night
....Cravings have been under control as well! No urge.

:D Just had the Most Amazing 12 mins. of Meditative Yoga for Lunch filled with only Pure Positive Affirmations to myself...and you wouldn't beleive how much better I feel! So clear, and grateful! :)!

Affirmations went something along the lines:

"Through God, With God, In God, Through You, Love, Happiness, Peace, Joy and Caring are exemplified!"
"With each and every breath inhaling,...you take in Confidence, Love, Self Worth, Happiness, Purity, Clarity, Truth."
"With each exhale, you release, self doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, negativity, judgement"
"With each and every passing moment, the acceptance of the inner divinity allows your body to live in purity for itself and nature."
"With each and every exhale the divinity within your composition of greatness within your cells is released."

Feeling Great today!:grouphug: Got lots of cuddles, feeling the love, have been having a crazy schedule since I have classes everday! Tonight, my classmate is coming back from Florida and invited me to her place, I'll probably bring Saki, since I do want a drink and stuff...but at least it's just Hot Wine. Not bad. I'm planning for it. Gonna bring my own fruit to snack on too. Justttt in case. You know. ;)

Was gonna go to the gym after class last night, but forgot my gym bag, and forgot my gym card to go in too. Instead I did 60 mins. of Power Yoga! (Man, PowerYoga is like no other Yoga I have ever tried...It's tough!!---Whole body pain!) :D!

Got my food all planned out for the day, and I like it. Not having too much variety yet these days, but my concentration and happiness is going up by the day!!! Feeling that the junk is clearing out!! :)

I decided that I am going to be taking the Raw Food Preperation class for 1 month every Sunday again with the Same Teacher as last time to prepare me mentally into a Raw Lifestyle soon if God allows!! :D!!! I'm excited!! Starts this Sunday.

Snack: (will be) 1/4 cup of Brown Rice w/ Pinto Beans

Lunch: (will be) Soup- Green Onions, Onions, Squash, Carrots, Sea Salt, Pepper, Tomato, Cayenne, and some other spices, Shirataki Noodles (non gluten) (spicy!)

Dinner: Banana - 2 large hot saki (@ Tish's house-Thursday)

It's funny how defense mechanisms work either "for or against" some of us. After seeing one of my previous posts up there....I see how "AGAINST" me this weight defense mechanism is working. I yo yo on and on and on forever it seems....:banghead:
I am working on that,...but still....once and for all....I am ready for change to finally become me!!! FOR GOOD!!! FOREVER!!!


...I'm not sure if that's kinda why I feel bummed today, or just one of those passing moments that I kind of feel lonely....not sure. All in all ....I'm happy just mellow today.


...I've been thinking lately of "How can I serve others?" ...still contemplating....I think I have come up with an idea that I can give everyone I meet something. Whether we talk or not. Going to make it happen and get the "Laws of Receiving and Giving going in my life constantly!"Soon...I want to challenge myself to give 29 gifts in 29 days to Random people to change my life and perspective and to give me the awareness of giving back into me! :D!! It's gonna be great! Based it off this book...


I've read 2 books this week so far and I'm loving it, more consistency and FINISHING the things I start!!! :D!! AMEN to that!!! :cheers2:


Last night I was Super Inspired by the show the Biggest Loser!!! I can't beleive the things they do and how fast they do them!! Super Amazing!! I'm gonna whip out her videos at least 3-4 times a week now, if not everyday like I wish! 3-4 is reasonable though:D! Also, I was kinda bummed yesterday that I got home, my bf had throw away these dead flower INCLUDING MY VASE & MY 5 year Anniversary note that he had wrote me. It did bum me out,...thinking like "Does he not care?! Why does he throw my things out without asking me first?! I don't poop out money and he just throws the vase away like nothing." :(....He did try to go find it later but it was gone, along with my note.

....I felt sad as well, because we've both been studying a lot lately on our own, and that makes us happy but as well, less time to talk. Growing Pains I guess. It's hard to get back into the swing of it all.


....I felt much better right after I got home, by putting on my running shoes (even though it was pitch black outside) and went for a HUGE hill run to the Hollywood sign 4.5 miles. I stopped at the top lookout and stretched and gave appreciation, that though, he threw my things out...."I am not defined by things. Though I think they bring me happiness, the real happiness is from the giving to myself from within. My happiness is within and no one can touch that. A vase will not break or make me. I am happy. I as well have no reminder of my 5 years with him (anniversary day I mean), but I do have him. That's what counts."

....These thoughts helped, and I felt better and Liberated on my run! :D!!!
....I came home and did 30 mins of Yoga to center my thoughts and went onto study afterwards. And went to bed kinda early at 12:00 am. Went to cuddle the bf, and felt a little resistance, so I backed off, and turned over...and he cuddled me instead. I guess he felt kinda bad or something when I told him..."It's okay, we don't have to cuddle, and I turned over." (we usually cuddle,...I was kinda bummed again) Then ...after he cuddled me, and held me as I just laid there still cuddled the opposite way for a little bit, I felt a little sadness, lack of contact I presume, and touch, lack of his desire...buttttt....he then shortly after proceeded to CUDDLE ME (if you know what I mean)!! hahahah :reddevil:!!! YES, THAT HELPED!!! hahahah!!! Felt much better and loved after that.

.....Sometimes, you just have to back off in life,...and let people be. We all run in cycles, it's just about differenciating who is going through what cycle and when and how it falls into line or out of line with yours. No biggie, but it is if you don't comprehend it. :grouphug: (especially if you eat when you feel you need love)

Sorry to quote it all but it all really relates to what I have going on right now too and really appreciate you putting it all down. The run you did to the Hollywood sign sounds like something from the movies - totally amazing - i pictured it and wished I could have been there with you! Have fun tonight with your friends - hot wine sounds delicious - you earned it this week!

Thanks woman!! I think I did earn it! :) ....you know, sometimes we all go through these little things, and it makes me feel better that it resonates with someone...:grouphug: Such is life, right?! ...I always tell myself...."This too shall pass."

...Wish you could have been on the run with me too!!!...I'd loveeeee to go to Ontario one day & meet you!!! :D!! I've met quite a couple people from the forums in real life, and we are all great intimate friends now!! It's such a blessing. We actually created a 6 month challenge,...and we all flew in from all over to Vegas and had a blast!!! Jess was one of them! :D!!! And another one of them is doing a Triathalon in Canada not sure where in June....I'd love to go support her and meet you at the same time!! IMAGINE!!! HOW COOL!

FAT SMASH DAY 5!!! (Friday)

Bkfst: Oatmeal mixed w/ water -1/2 cup

Snack: 16. oz of Water

Lunch: 1/2 cup of Fresh Broccoli and Tomato -cut w/ lemon
1/4 cof of Some type of New beans ...lol

Snack: 1/2 grapefruit -16.oz water
2 rum and diet coke (7:00pm) @ Coco's house

Dinner: 1 Medium Slice Pizza from Dominoes ($5,5,5 special)
3 chicken wings (could have had more but didn't !!)

Exercise: None


I didn't snack last night either!! :D!!! Doing Good!!!


Leaving to Vegas tomorrow!!! Plan to drink, but not GRUB it down!!!

Thanks Chica!! I did drink it up this weekend, but I was good on the food end. (Other than a 2 slices of pizza on different days, one and one.) :D! Tired as hell today though!
 
Regaining myself after Vegas here!!!!

I did great on the food end,...somewhat! hahah!! & I limited the drinks to ONE day....and two drinks friday before Vegas! (considering I was in Vegas and there are buffets all around..didn't touch one of them!) HA!

Here is how it went:

Fat SMASH DAY 6 (Sat/Vegas)!!!

Bkfst: 1 banana

Snack/Lunch: 1/2 raw Pizza (uncooked, organic, sprouted base, non gluten)
1/4 pita w/ vegan hummus

Snack: (drinks) 1 1/2 Sparks Drink (Red 8.0 alcohol)
1 1/2 shot of Vodka

Dinner: 1/2 Turkey Burger & Fries + 1/4 bag of Hot Cheetos

Drinks again: (for the entire night)
2 Rum and Diet Coke
3 champagne vodka orange juice
1 Red Bull and Vodka @ Club

Late night Dinner ($5.99 steak and eggs) : Medium size steak & 2 eggs
(can't remember if there was hash browns...don't think so...or bread...don't think so ...but might have been..hahah!)

Fat Smash Day 7!!!! (Vegas/Driving Back & Home)

Bkfst: 1/4 bag of Hot Cheetos
16. oz of Water

Lunch: Whole Foods little square pizza -Size of whole hand -Square
Wood Fire Flat Crust -Cheese and Tomato Slice One pizza (3/4 of it)
-Couple Bites of Cesar Salad (no croutons)
-Couple Bites of Chinese Asian Noodle Salad
-Couple Bites of Pasta Vegan Salad

Dinner: 1/4 of Remaining Pizza Slice
4 oz. of Water

Snack: 2 slices of Fresh Pineapple Fruit

Exercise: None


Fat Smash Day 8!!!!! (Back to work/School! Monday 1/11/10)

Bkfst: 1/4 cup of Brown Rice w/ like 20 pinto beans (mixed)
1 cup of Hot Oolong Tea

Snack: 3 tablespoons of Apple Cidar Vinegar
1 grapefruit / 1 banana
1 hot oolong tea

Lunch: (25 min. Jillian Michael Frontal Workout w/ 8lb weights)
1/4 of a Whole wheat tortilla wrap (tiny bit 1/3 palm size) (eggplant, tomato, mozarella cheese, ? seasoning)
1/4 cup of Brown Rice (w/ Hot Sauce -fresh made from chillis and tomato-3 tablespoons)

Snack: 1 pear + 16.oz water

Dinner: 1/4 cup of Brown Rice w/ Hot Sauce remainder

Snack: Fresh Raw squeezed juice on Jac Lalanne Juicer -one cup- Papaya/Pineapple Juice w/ice


Exercise: (so far) 25 mins. Jillian Michaels video Frontal w/ 8lb weights-during lunch hour (day 1) :cheers2:!


(after school-Gym 2 hours on the Treadmill speed walking intervals -incline and flat while reading-tons of sweat- because I have blisters from Vegas on the back of my foot and it hurt to run)--STILL MOVING THOUGH!!...about 8 miles I think walking


FAT SMASH DAY 9!!!! (1/12/09-Tuesday)

Bkfst: 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup of Oatmeal only mixed with water and sprinkled with cinnamon (no added flavors or sugars) (I had served a whole cup, but only ate half as a rule to myself)
6 oz. of Warm Dieters Tea

Snack: 1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ 1 1/2 egg whites (sea salt sprinkle, and pepper)--trying to go real low on the salts consumed as well

Snack: 1/4 cup of Brown Rice mixed w/ 1 1/2 egg whites (sea salt sprinkle, and pepper)--trying to go real low on the salts consumed as well (same snack)

Snack: (will be) Papaya squares -4 1/2 palm sized medium ones (I might just eat half of them as a rule to myself. Even though it looks small, cut it in half and save it for later.)

Lunch: ??


Exercise: (will be) 25 min. Video during Lunch Jillian Michaels
(will be) gym- Swimming, treadmill, and biking

The fat smash sounds good, I try to focus on making sure my diet is low-fat as I know that works for me but this is very impressive lol.

Thanks Tutti!!! I love the name!!! hahah...the Fat Smash is working as of last week...we'll see how the weigh in goes tomorrow!! Hope to get some sugar out of my system by then....Thanks for stopping in!! :D!!!
