I stayed out until 4:30 am
...Oh well, at least I had a control on my eating and I didn't snack AT ALL...and she had hamburgers there too!!! I've found that lately my heaviest meals are before 4pm. After that I only try fruit and or something Super light! Just looking at something that is TOO MUCH portion lately, gives me a stomach ache without me eating it even, so I moderate it by the way I'm going to feel afterwards. This is working thus far. Today I feel and look slimmer than yesterday too!!

That's the way, and as Jamie Oliver in his super-Brit accent would say, "Keep givin' it some!!!" (Although he was referring to blending stuff). You are so RIGHT about portion sizes. What is it about you and me that we seem to hit on things the very same week, together??? I say this cos I was just thinking about portion sizes this week. I was scooping food out of the saucepan and after a ladleful I wondered if I should scoop out more, and I did. But when I ate the food, I realised that that extra little scoop was just a little too much and sent me into stomach bloated mode... If I had just left it at the original no. of scoops, I would have been perfectly satisfied!

...It's so relaxing and I used it for my Marathon as well, and I use it for a lot of running, and for focus, and business launching, and for well....anything!! hahah!!!
!! I also practice a self hypnosis, with positive affirmations while I work out.
!!!You are doing great as you are!!I'm sure with the amount of exercise you're doing the weight must be dropping off - 155 wont be far off!!
Wish I had the time and the motivation for that sort of commitment! Thanks to a crazy schedule I have very little time, so most of my work has to be on the diet front.

! In regards to weight smashing for you,...I'm sure that your body composure must be changing though. You are doing a whole lot and something is happening!...it's just a matter of time that the scale follows. You'll see. You'll get past the meds holding you back.

But anyway, I'm always inspired reading your diary and hearing what you've been getting up to. I can't believe you went to bed at 4.30am and got up for school! Where I am it's nearly 4.30 am now... and I was gonna have a sleep-in tomorrow... but now that I've read your diary, I feel kind of guilty... Should get up and go to the gym.... ...So, Movie Night was in order!! 
Filling my head with affirmations & positive suggestions!! ...So I bought a bottle of red wine, Oreos, and Chips Ahoy to share with the hunnie and 3 movies! I love movie nights in!! & I bought him and myself matching His & Her SNUGGIES!!!
OMG I LOVEEEE MY PINK SNUGGIE!!
!! hahah!! It goes everywhere with me in the house!! haha!!! Soon, I want to get the dog one too!! hahah!!!..That'll be comedy!
..We met at our usual spot ...we call this run our "confidence builder trail run"...because we know it, and once the mind can do something once, it can do it again!.... She was actually having some issues going on with her lately, and she wanted to work on them, so I actually did a one hour Hypnotherapy session with her in my car, while we were parked waiting to go run.
Then, we had an amazing run & she felt way more relaxed after the session!! Very needed!!! It feels good, that I could offer that type of assistance to someone near me when they feel overwhelmed! We ran our 10 miles & called it a beautiful Love Filled day!!
We shared a plate, and I watched my portions.

I hope the little chocolate truffles didn't mess up my weigh in tomorrow!!...I'm feeling good though!! lol, I think that little chocolate truffle probably didn't stand a CHANCE in hell of messing up your weigh in![]()

And love your eating habits. I have yet to learn how to cook with lentils. So far I've been buying them prepared at vegetarian take-out places lol.
