Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

Hello mi amour :).

You can do it, yes you can! I know you can.

But if not, you'll still lose weight. You deserve to have a good time at least once during the holiday weekend or next weekend in San Fran (or both times LOL). But I agree its sure bad for the diet! I was so hungover last weekend that I ended up going right off the plan the next day. I was really good the day of drinking, hence getting tipsy on a relatively empty stomach and feeling like dog meat the following day.
I'm Weakkkkkk ....I wanna BREAK already TODAY! :( :cheers2:

THIN line between BAD and GOOD.....

OKAY......YESTERDAY: I've been so DAMN GOOD...I couldn't TAKE it...:rant:

BREAKFAST:

- 1 lean cuisine Pepperoni Pizza-290 cals

Snack: Shake-only 150 cals-didn't double up protein-

Lunch: Shake-150 cals-didn't double up

-no dinner shake-

CHEAT: 4 mystery beers-8 oz. each-:cheers2:....sorry I'm WEAK!!! booo ME!
(assuming 150 cals each x 4=600 cals)

LATE snack @ 10:30pm : 2 1/2 fresh SPRING rolls...250-350 cals (they had NOTHING in them really...ONE shrimp....hahhahah-CHEAP people) WTF!!

(I know.....I know.....sorry TEAM....but I have decided TO NOT go to PISMO, because I will not be able to handle ALL the temptation....LOL and I have a better HANDLE on LIFE here) :iagree:

---assuming the WORST of everything: 1440-1540 cals....
* VITAMINS 3 x a DAY, 2 gallons of WATER, HOT GREEN TEA* at least I did that....

I really don't even think it was that BAD either...but better expect the WORST and HOPE for the BEST----

EXERCISE: 1 hour SPINNING/ cycling @ GYM---I PUSH it LIKE no TOMORROW!
30 min WEIGHTS

...did the minimum....and T.O.M. is HERE and I feel LIKE crap...but I am not GOING to break MY winning POINTS streak!!!! I feel a TAD bit THINNER....TAD really ONLY that!!! :smilielol5:

hahahahah ......theeeere's MY "MAC DADDY".....I think IT woulda BEEN reealll BAD if I WENT to PISMO this WEEKEND.....but SINCE I'm NOT,.....I will PROBABLY only SQUEEZE onnnne bad FOURTH of JULY in.....butttt THE GOOD thing is I NOTICED....my TOLERANCE level of DRINKING going down, so EVEN if I DO DRINK, the FOOD is UNDER CONTROL ;)

....and I WILL work HARDER :iagree: JUSTtttt to BE ABLE to DRINK up on FRIDAY....sooooo HOPEFULLY, IT will NOT become a PATTERN!!! :)

Congrats on getting to the gym and pushing through on the bike and weights! Whoohoo. TOM sucks, bigtime. Mine is coming up, but oddly I feel usually more motivation haha, guess it depends on the person. Give yourself a bite of chocolate (keyboard BITE) everyday or something.

I know....though I don't want to today either ....Spinning or a hike it is....probably a hike though...we'll see.......I love CHOCOLATE...I notice I like it RIGHT before TOM comes...once here its more salt i crave....who knows....

No Fair! How are we supposed to keep motivating each other if people are being sneaky. Besides, for those that don't post their points often they better be at least writing them down at home...otherwise they might "add" a few extra here and there that they did not earn!

I say we should also put down the activity that we did to earn the points. I want to know the pain and suffering everyone is doing to earn these points! LOL

Pizza for breakfast? LOL I used to eat the pizza lean pockets for breakfast...they are mighty yummy. Today is a new day...don't beat yourself up for what you ate yesterday. Just try to be reasonable today and work out that much harder.

For lunch today they had jalapeno and cream cheese won tons...lord, I ate 3 of them!! And 6 California rolls and a few bites of noodles and fruit. The free buffetts everyday at work at the worst...for the most part I make good decisions but today I splurged a bit. those won tons were worth it!!
 
Haha, I think its even more motivating when you DONT see someone elses points. If you know then you can do the bare minimum to out-do them (which is what I'm betting you all want to do). If you don't know it forces you to work even harder. I'm keeping track of my points, don't you worry about that :D. I haven't gotten 3's every day if that makes you feel any better.

Thats fine, you'd only be cheating yourself. I'm not cheating if thats what you are implying. I could care less, about "winning the competition". I'm in this for my health. If you guys want me to leave the challenge thats fine.

SILLY.....WE know YOU don't LIE...hahahah....YOU are the MOST honest out of ALL of us, and the STRAIGHT arrow SHOOTER, no bad habits, on it everyday, and SO FORTH!!!

I love teasing with you, and I don't think those COMMENTS were directed towards YOU, because YOU ARE ON HERE, and I"M SURE she reads YOUR posts, but where is EVERYONE else? GET it.....and not just one team, all of em......

...I don't like it when we get BAD FEELINGS from a PLACE that is supposed to be meant FOR GOOD feelings, so if my jokes OFFEND you....I DEEPLY apologize and AM SORRY, and will refrain from joking and keep it posting my workouts and thats it.....
