THanks PEBBLE.:)..tonight I plan to TO interval HILL RUNNING where I usually hike as WELL and SEE all the BEAUTIFUL bodies and ALLLLL OF THE LOS ANGELES lights at NIGHT 2 Mullholland **where the STTTARRRRS live*** LOL....I plan to work it HARD there....I usually ONLY do up and DOWN once...which is about an HOUR...but YOU know...I THINK I can DO TWO TIMES....why not RIGHT~!?

NO more WAITING for TOMORROW!!!! TODAY is BETTER PREPARATION for TOMORROW ! :)

FOOD YESTERDAY:

*Breakfast: 1 egg w/ brocolli, mushrooms, 1/2 turkey slice 1/2 slice Muenster cheese-150 cals
-1 chicken leg meat gilled, no skin, no bone, as side w/egg-90 cal
*Snack: Shake-150 cal (only one scoop)
*Snack: Shake-150 cal
*Lunch: Thai Barbeque Chicken-no side, no nothing-???(no skin)
*Snack: The rest of the BB-chicken-??(no skin)
*TREAT: Pinkberry FROZEN green tea w/ boysenberries, SOY carob chips, aka. pretend chocolate chips, strawberries--about 250 cals/o fat
*TREATL 70% cocoa 100 cal chocolate-trader joes-(TOM is COMING :ack2:)

VITAMINS 3 x + 2 gallons WATER + 1/2 gallon HOT GREEN tea= :Angel_anim:


(-890 cal + miscellaneous BBQ CHICKEN (assuming around 2 breast of chicken since it was in appetizer section, cut in strips @ about 200 cals each big breast, no skin-plus bbq sauce-150) guessing at least about 550-650 cals)

Thanks MAC DADDY!!! ;)......its a PRETTY scarry thought when you think of all the disease that we are susceptible to by not trying our hardest on the daily basis! :iagree: Just trying to SHOW myself and GOD that I deserve to BE healthy, by TRYING to do ACTIVITES that HEALTHY people that are GRATEFUL for their health would DO! I seem to WAVER and FORGET sometimes, that I HAVE things TO BE GRATEFUL for! :)

....I mean I don't want HIM to think I'm NOT GRATEFUL....so for GOD....I feel SRTONG! ;)

I think of my body more like a car. Use the right fuel, take care of tune-ups and maintinance, and take care of it. If you take care of it, I will run in great shape a long time. If you don't it wont last that long and you'll always have problems. Oh, and clean your car so it smells good. (eyes Alta's pits) :auto:

:smilielol5:....THATS sooooo funny that YOU said that you think of your body as a CAR, cause I ALWAYS tell myself the SAME thing, just what I TELL MYSELF is:

1) "IF you body is YOUR CAR, and YOU can NEVER upgrade it to a NEWER MODEL....why are YOU GOING to go out AND "CRASH it UP" and DRIVE around in a CRASHED car FOR LIFE!?" meaning BAD food, NO exercise, alcohol/drugs = DENTS/crashes

2) "IF you DON"T put GAS, your CAR will stop!"....meaning good healthy food, so feed enough to keep going

3) "The QUALITY of GAS makes a DIFFERENCE in how your car RUNS".....so why are YOU going to put the CRAPPY kind in.......meaning eat HEALTHY versus JUNK and GO longer

4) "THE GOOD quality GAS costs more, WHY, because it has less PARTICLES in it that are negatively affecting YOUR CAR, and IT PLAIN costs more TO BE IN BETTER SHAPE.."....so take CARE of the VEHICLE you are RIDING and PAY more FOR QUALITY so YOU can GO LONGER without PROBLEMS!!! .....cause YOU CAN't UPGRADE to a NEW MODEL! hahah ;)

Yup... exactly. Thats the way I look at it. I finally started fillin my car up with premium this year :D, and its definately getting some body work done.
 
YaY....might GO to PISMO BEACH this WEEKEND, SAND DUNES,ATVs, BEACH, FIREWORKS, BBQ, CAMPING....guess I DON"T have to WORK after ALL.....

...going to SAN FRANCISCO next weekend!!!! YAYYYYY!!! :)

Hello mi amour :).

You can do it, yes you can! I know you can.

But if not, you'll still lose weight. You deserve to have a good time at least once during the holiday weekend or next weekend in San Fran (or both times LOL). But I agree its sure bad for the diet! I was so hungover last weekend that I ended up going right off the plan the next day. I was really good the day of drinking, hence getting tipsy on a relatively empty stomach and feeling like dog meat the following day.
