Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

I gained 1.5 lbs THIS WEEK!!!! Booooo ME!!!!

OKAY......here it is THE TRUTH ...........:puke:

THIS past week GOT me....TOO MUCH PARTYING, with that COMES drinking & EATING crappy FOOD, wings, sushi, white bread, chicken nuggets, fries, and chocolate, and TONS and TONS of ALCOHOL :cheers2:....:blush5: and NOW, I have to FACE the AFTERMATH.........:piggy:

.......I didn't get in MY POINTS as I WOULD have, I was EASILY influenced into DOING THE BAD, DRINKING the WRONG, and ALLOWING negativity and LAZINESS in exercise TO OVERCOME me.......

I am ASHAMED and WILL not TALK so MUCH because RIGHT now I AM BEING LAME......I find that A LOT of times I LET things OVERWHELM me in OTHER aspects of MY LIFE and I ALLLLLLLOW for MY OUTLET to BE GOING out with FRIENDS and HAMMING it up! SELF SABATOGE....!!!! I know THIS is SOMETHING deeper and NEEDS focus to FIND a PROPER OUTLET!!!!

...I HOPE this WEEK as I REFOCUS my DESIRES, the REASONS why I WANT things, THE REASONS why I BECOME weak, and AT WHAT times I am more susceptible to BE WEAK, and WHAT I need to DO TO AVOID or ATTACK these MOMENTS with DESIRE, CONSISTENCY, STRONG MIND, and WATER and EXERCISE....!!!:toetap05:

..........WITH all THIS said, I GAINED 1.5 LBS this WEEK,.....now that I LOOK back WITH ALL THE DAMAGE that I DID, I am SURPRISED :svengo: THAT I did not GAIN more than I DID!.......IT could have been a COMBO of the WATER, and VITAMINS, and FEW days this PAST week that I DID actually FOCUS!!!.........

......ALRIGHTTTY....a NEW DAY, and A NEW MENTALITY........

......SO SINCE I realize that MY weakness IS ALCOHOL and ALCOHOL leads to RANDOM food, I WILL not TELL myself THAT I CAN NOT anymore, BUT actually QUITE the OPPOSITE, YOU CAN.....but CUT it DOWN, MAKE right CHOICES, cut out THE added SUGAR with THE JUICES, and CUT out the CARBS, reach FOR HEALTHIER snacks, and WORK hard.....

LIFE seems SO MUCH easier WHEN you TELL YOURSELF you can, CAUSE then YOU realize THAT OKAY, I CAN, but like I HAVE been DOING, I am STILL not HAPPY, so WHY do SOMETHING that YOU CAN, just because YOU CAN, knowing that IN THE END result it DOESN"T make YOU HAPPY?!!! GOOD one....I dunno....SELF SABOTAGE.....:(

...I GOT up this morning TO WEIGH in....and FOUND this atrocity,....BOOO!!!

STAYED at the GYM: 15 mins. of ABS
10 mins of 5 lb HOOLA HOOP for the waist
15 mins. of WEIGHTS random
23 min. video at HOME--THE BIGGEST LOSER w/ JILLIAN michaels-TOTAL body POWER scult w/ 10lbs weights!
1 hour RUN/HIKE on the BIGGEST mountain EVER (4650 steps/pedometer in EFFECT again)
*** threw in RANDOM spurts of SPRINTING, running, jogging, and SETS of SQUATS***TRYING to MAXIMIZE the TIME with THE MOST effort!!!
AND out of THE TONS and TONS of SKINNY FIT women GOING up and DOWN, I would SAY, I was ONE of the 4, out of the 60 people we SAW going up and DOWN,....THAT was RUNNING!!!......:hurray: not to mention DRAGGING my 60lb DOG up the HUGE HOT HILL!!!

...THAT made me FEEL goooood, because THAT showed RIGHT there THAT I have THE POWER of MIND and DETERMINATION to do IT, and DO IT HARDER, soooooo KEEP IT UP.....

......I hate HOW much I WAS tired, it WAS HOT, and this HEAT, was RIDICULOUS, and THERE were SO MANY beautiful BODIES, and I kept wondering WHY I SEEM to NOT WANT that.....when IN REALITY, in MY MIND, I do....but WHY NOT in my ACTIONS sometimes????? SO still TRYING and NOW take it STEP by STEP, thats IT, MEAL by MEAL, day BY DAY!!!

...FOR me THERE will BE NO OTHER way....SLOW STEPS to a LON JOURNEY!!
I can't KEEP thinking THAT there WILL be TOMORROW to do THINGS, because TOMORROW has been PASSING me BY my WHOLE LIFE!!!!....

NO MORE.....DAILY accountability......:gnorsi:

THANKS BABE....I knooooow, its JUST hard SEEING those NUMBERS and SINCE before I DIDN"T weigh IN WEEKLY it wasn't as HARD, I could CHEAT myself more SOME weeks than OTHERS!!! I do APPRECIATE the PULL in the RIGHT DIRECTION though!!!

MOVE MOVE MOVE this WEEK!

UPDATE: SINCE yesterday we had a PARTY for my FAMILY at my MOMS house, I was SEMI good, all DAY drank tons of WATER , drank PURE shakes, and VITAMINS, but............the damage came with.................

5-6 shots and about 3 mixed DRINKS with VODKA and CRANBERRY JUICE.....

....in efforts to LIMIT the cranberry, I just used 1/2 of oz. cranberry and the rest was was SODA water....sooooo OH WELL :banghead:

...HAD a GOOD time...and I WORKED hard for IT....sooo I'm STILL ON IT :gnorsi:

...BARELY ate anything except for a STRIP of meat here and there SERVING everyone....FOOD looked SOOO GOOD too.....:drool5:

TODAY: DRINKING lots of WATER....
...........going to eat a whole wheat sandwich, with turkey and eggplant
...........plan to go on some type of HIKE.....I had a REALLY good HARD workout yesterday AND REALLY want to KEEP it GOING!!!...........:driving:

I am FEELING GOOD about MYSELF and AM trying to LET THINGS not WORRY me or OCCUPY my thoughts THAT DON"T need IMMEDIATE attention!!!

You will rise above it all...like the beautiful phoenix you are. We all will!!! :hurray:

Hey girlie, it's a new week and we are going to kick some A and take names. When all else fails get as many exercise points and bonus points. That is my goal this week. Weight loss is my number one goal but getting all the extra points is #2! OOUUUU!!
