I was all geared up...

and ready to hike...then sushi...then wings! By the time the night was over we were doin it up in a few bars! I love it though...wouldn't trade that time for the world! GOOD TIMES! We BOTH SUCKED LAST NIGHT...SUCKKKAA. Sigh...back to the drawing board!:auto:
 
ok.. so i know this is TMI but i havent pooped in 4 days now...wtf am i supposed to do?! haha we have weigh in tomorrow morning at work and i am up 3 lbs!

no! thats whats weird.. just gassy.. idk whats going on.. i think i did too much fiber too fast in those shakes and its all stuck!

I love how the main topic on Altas diary is poo.. her diary is like a poo forum :rotflmao:

Hmmm...yeah that happened to me...I did the cleanser lemonade diet and didn't eat in the proper steps and I simply CLOGGED UP. Word...I feel ya pain woman! Like all things...this too will pass...as my granny used to say!

Well..."POO BABIES"...is comedy. Couldn't live without the word now...thanks Alllllttttaaaa.:p

1) DESSACATED LIVER for ?
2)BCAA's...HUH? what is that for ? what does it stand for?
3) ZMA?
4) TRIBULUS?

Food Log!!!!

UPDATE: YESTERDAY I decided to make it a CARB day......since I HAVE been REALLY chopping those OUT for the MOST part....TRYING at least......

I posted my breakfast for YESTERDAY:

-egg white/salmon/veggie omelet
-low fat cottage cheese with/ chopped mixed fruit
-2 slices of organic FRESH baked bread/whole wheat.....COULDN"T resist....w/ jelly
-3 tiny little cubes of cheese with pepper and olives

SNACK: 1 cup of BABY carrots

Lunch for yesterday: 2 organic slices of WHITE bread :banghead:
-1 can of tuna....with CAJUN seasoning YUMMMMM :drool5: I ADORE salt :(

SNACK: PInkberry GREEN tea FROZEN ICE CREAM w/ carob chocolate chips &
strawberries & boysenberries ----YUMMY about 250 cals/no fat

DINNER: ...shouldn't have ate LATE at night....but I WAS hungry :banghead:
...on the POSITIVE note....I only ate half of a STOFFER's FROZEN Panini...gave the other half to my bf....at 11:00pm.....I knooo I knooooow!!!
150 cals/8 grams of fat for my HALF.....booooo me

1 cup of TAMPICO orange JUICE....hmmm...usually just have WATER but I CHEATED anyway....so I DRANK it.....:banghead:

TODAY: Breakfast: 1 tilapia grilled fish w/ lemon and parsley and a tad of garlic salt and PEPPER ...yummy:drool5:
2 hard boiled eggs....no salt

....I brought with me ONLY protein today.....2 more TILAPIAs and 3 more EGGS.....boiled....and SOY EDAMAMES and BROCCOLI boiled.......

I plan to distibute all of these AND no carbs today........SHOCKING the SYSTEM!!!

PLAN to get a NICE 5 mile run in today AS it isn't HOT anymore...and HIT the GYM at night...........ALANE83............NOHO........I'll SEE ya there if YOU WANT!!! ;)

TONS of water, GREEN tea, and VITAMINS planned today!!! :nopity:

lol alta- I take a bunch to- Multi, calcium, gluc/chon/msm, kelp, spirulina, cla, omegas, carnitine... bleh! I used to gag on a friggin ibuprofen, and now I take at least 12 pills a day! Gross :rolleyes:
