Food Log!!!!

UPDATE: YESTERDAY I decided to make it a CARB day......since I HAVE been REALLY chopping those OUT for the MOST part....TRYING at least......
I posted my
breakfast for
YESTERDAY:
-egg white/salmon/veggie omelet
-low fat cottage cheese with/ chopped mixed fruit
-2 slices of organic FRESH baked bread/whole wheat.....COULDN"T resist....w/ jelly
-3 tiny little cubes of cheese with pepper and olives
SNACK: 1 cup of BABY carrots
Lunch for yesterday: 2 organic slices of WHITE bread

-1 can of tuna....with CAJUN seasoning YUMMMMM

I ADORE salt
SNACK: PInkberry GREEN tea FROZEN ICE CREAM w/ carob chocolate chips &
strawberries & boysenberries ----YUMMY about 250 cals/no fat
DINNER: ...shouldn't have ate LATE at night....but I WAS hungry

...on the POSITIVE note....I only ate half of a STOFFER's FROZEN Panini...gave the other half to my bf....at 11:00pm.....I knooo I knooooow!!!
150 cals/8 grams of fat for my HALF.....booooo me
1 cup of TAMPICO orange JUICE....hmmm...usually just have WATER but I CHEATED anyway....so I DRANK it.....
TODAY: Breakfast: 1 tilapia grilled fish w/ lemon and parsley and a tad of garlic salt and PEPPER ...yummy

2 hard boiled eggs....no salt
....I brought with me ONLY protein today.....2 more TILAPIAs and 3 more EGGS.....boiled....and SOY EDAMAMES and BROCCOLI boiled.......
I plan to distibute all of these AND no carbs today........SHOCKING the SYSTEM!!!
PLAN to get a NICE 5 mile run in today AS it isn't HOT anymore...and HIT the GYM at night...........ALANE83............NOHO........I'll SEE ya there if YOU WANT!!!
TONS of water, GREEN tea, and VITAMINS planned today!!!
