...it was 10:30pm last night and I had come back home from doing ALL kinds of ERRANDS and THEN I logged on AND I saw RADIANT PEBBLE's COMMENT asking me if I got the PILATES in and I FELT guilty

....because HERE I am RANTING and RAVING all this SMOKE

and HOW am I NOT going to COME through FOR MY own TEAM!!!!????!!!!? ....SO yuppppp....I GOT up....
...and DID it.....1 hour of WEIGHTS and TIGHT ropes.....
30 min....of ABS.....3 sets of 30 reps for left side/leg in the air
3 sets of 30 reps for right side/ air leg..LOL
3 sets of 50 bicycle REPS....hitting it HARD
3 sets of 30 regular crunches
3 sets of 35 leg ROLL ups.....
.....I DIDN"T wanna DO it....BUT I hateeeeee BEING a BULLSHITTER.
and SHAKES all day yesterday, TONS of WATER, enough VITAMINS to start a GNC store, LOL, and at night 1/2 sandwich....actually almost like a 6 inch....with bread....WISH it was WHEAT...but IT wasn't.....
....SO I figured....FINE....it wasn't WHEAT....get YOUR LAZY ass UP this MORNING and GO....just MAKE it TO THE GYM....even IF YOU don't DO ANYTHING....but COME on NOW.......WHO ever GOES to the GYM and DOES nothing......nooooot ME....

So 6:30 am it WAS....and I MADE it.....just taking DAY by DAY......
SO exercise for this morning: 30 min treadmill----ran 2.0 miles.....at 6.3 speed
.5 mile....incline walk no handle
bars @ 3.5 speed/15 incline
ABS....3 sets of 15 reps leg pull ups--/knees bent
3 sets of 20 sec hold ups/knees bent up/still
3 sets of 20 reps straight leg lifts
30 min..... of RANDOM weight machines......
....SO there....LET's GO PLAYMATES, LET"S go....with GODS help TOMORROW...I will make it TO THE MORNING SPINNING class......
...PLAN for TONIGHT.....1 hour SPINNING....../more cardio/abs/water/vitamins
