Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

UPDATE for TODAY: I have been doing GOOD today....POO BABIES shakes and TONS of WATER....and VITAMINS.....and THE WHOLE shabang....:cheers2:

& the TRUTH: CHEATING yesterday.....MC DONALDS fries, 3 chicken strips, and
chicken wrap from there too....:ack2:

I had been doing so good, no exercise yesterday....but SPINNING today!!!

Alta.. I might kill you for putting this poo baby idea into my head! I have gained 6 lbs now!.... 6 and I feel like crap. I keep drinking them cause I am in so deep now I have no other choice. I havent gone potty in 3 days! When will they come?!?! I look pregnant... Insight please.. Insight! Should I just stop and see what happens and keep drinking water til they come or keep force feeding myself these shakes that make me sick?!

OoooooH :ack2: 6 lbs huh.....I think YOU MUST have TONS of POO BABIES....;) or else YOU woulda just EMPTIED out......I would SAY decrease the amount OF FIBER and increase the AMOUNT of water.....:iagree:

ANYTHING good is worth waiting for ;).....so WITH that said....I WENT through the same thing YOU did....and NOOOOOOW after the SAME pains you ARE GOING THROUGH :toetap05:...I have POO BABIES galor.....those 6 lbs is just constipation right now,....and if YOU are that FULL you must be EATING too much in CONJUCNTION with these shakes......the shakes in essence are MEAL REPLACERS...if you EAT FOOD and DRINK the shakes and NO POO BABIES, I could see WHY YOU HAVE gained 6 lbs....because in COMBINATION all of THE FOOD plus SHAKE meal replacements...is LIKE YOU ARE EATING DOUBLE :eek: WHAT you used TO.....

...IT's up to you HUN, I personally would give it time, your body is not used to unprocessed fiber and constipation is a natural reaction before UNLEASHING the CHILDREN @ the POOL :smilielol5:........, cut down the FOOD intake in COMBINATION, or REPLACE a meal with them, DON"T eat and DRINK the shake, or if you want to do the conjunction of them, TAKE AWAY the protein POWDER, and just do them as natural WITHOUT the extra MEAL powder.......MOOOOOORE WATER!!! ;)
 
Water is great! You know that I preach that all the time though.

I have been using them as meal replacements.. They fill me up so much I cant eat with them.. yesterday I had like 10 fries with one but that wouldnt have killed me. I think u are right my body just isnt used to it but its backing up so much i am scared to take anymroe.. I am just gonna have to eat normally and drink water til im back to normal bc this sucks!! lol

I sooooo DIDN"T want to work out YESTERDAY.....:(...it was 10:30pm last night and I had come back home from doing ALL kinds of ERRANDS and THEN I logged on AND I saw RADIANT PEBBLE's COMMENT asking me if I got the PILATES in and I FELT guilty :rant:....because HERE I am RANTING and RAVING all this SMOKE :sifone: up MY COMPETITOR's BUTTS ....:smilielol5: and HOW am I NOT going to COME through FOR MY own TEAM!!!!????!!!!? ....SO yuppppp....I GOT up....

...and DID it.....1 hour of WEIGHTS and TIGHT ropes.....
30 min....of ABS.....3 sets of 30 reps for left side/leg in the air
3 sets of 30 reps for right side/ air leg..LOL
3 sets of 50 bicycle REPS....hitting it HARD
3 sets of 30 regular crunches
3 sets of 35 leg ROLL ups.....

.....I DIDN"T wanna DO it....BUT I hateeeeee BEING a BULLSHITTER.:puke:

and SHAKES all day yesterday, TONS of WATER, enough VITAMINS to start a GNC store, LOL, and at night 1/2 sandwich....actually almost like a 6 inch....with bread....WISH it was WHEAT...but IT wasn't.....:(

....SO I figured....FINE....it wasn't WHEAT....get YOUR LAZY ass UP this MORNING and GO....just MAKE it TO THE GYM....even IF YOU don't DO ANYTHING....but COME on NOW.......WHO ever GOES to the GYM and DOES nothing......nooooot ME....:willy_nilly:....LOL....I'm DOING it for the TEAM!!!
So 6:30 am it WAS....and I MADE it.....just taking DAY by DAY......:iagree:

SO exercise for this morning: 30 min treadmill----ran 2.0 miles.....at 6.3 speed
.5 mile....incline walk no handle
bars @ 3.5 speed/15 incline

ABS....3 sets of 15 reps leg pull ups--/knees bent
3 sets of 20 sec hold ups/knees bent up/still
3 sets of 20 reps straight leg lifts

30 min..... of RANDOM weight machines......


....SO there....LET's GO PLAYMATES, LET"S go....with GODS help TOMORROW...I will make it TO THE MORNING SPINNING class......:iagree:

...PLAN for TONIGHT.....1 hour SPINNING....../more cardio/abs/water/vitamins
