Snack: 1 bag Quaker Oats -90 cal PACK-yummy little PButter Balls

Lunch: 1/2 half sandwich-WHOLE WHEAT TURKEY w/ lettuce
(100 cal for bread-ORGANIC-no mayo)
60 cals for Turkey
1/2 cup ORGANIC mixed greens w/ tiny hints of dressing-50 cals

Snack: 1/2 half sandwich-WHOLE WHEAT eggplant-w/sauce
(100 cal for bread-ORGANIC-no mayo)
50-cals for eggplant
50-cals for sauce on eggplant
20-cals mixed ORGANIC greens/ no dressing this time 1/2 cup

Snack: 1 slice of Turkey-20 cals.

Dinner: 3 Tofu Spring Rolls-about for Tofu-together (tiny slices)-80 cals
Peanut Sauce dip-(bareley dipped it)-50 cals
7 pork grinds/small ones w/ lemon--90 cals

Snack: 20 almonds-160 cals
a couple boysenberries-25 cals
1 string cheese-80 cals
1/2 Lean Cuisine-peperoni--145 cals

Late snack: 1 almond roca chocolate-100 cals---OOPS late NIGHT :reddevil:

TOTAL= 1495 cals total- and 2 gallons of WATER!!!

Haha, it's what I'm here for! You actually motivated me today, believe it or not. When you mentioned "hike" the other day, I wanted to go realllly bad, so I did today! I'm already past 4 hours of exercise in two days.

Ewwww! Thats sooo gross! I work at GNC and people are always coming in to tell me how their poo looked after they did a body cleanse... Seriously, do I realllly look like I get paid enuf to give a CRAP(literally!) about YOUR crap?? lol.

-45 min. THE BIGGEST LOSER-HIGH INTESITY total
BODY (it really help that the trainer in it is
SO HOT!!!:drool5:
- 15 min. HARDCORE interval TRAINING on TREADMILL
( i tried a WHOLE different approach to the
MODERATE same pace I USUALLY put FORTH ;)
- 15 min. HARDCORE 5lbs HOOLA HOOP
( really makes you sweat like CRAZY if YOU
SQEEZE and TIGHTEN the body doing it)
