LADIES and GENTS!!!! YES IT IS TRUE!!!!
I COULDN'T help it and YESTERDAY I DID IT>....I WEIGHED MYSELF at YOGA thinking I had lost about 3 lbs since the last time I weighed myself it said 164....a couple weeks back, and to my SURPRISE I couldn't believe it the SCALE said 156...WHAAAAAATT!!!! So The next time I plan to WEIGH myself will be in a LONG while!!!!

WE"LL see where it'll be there!!!!

I AM SOOOO PROUD OF MYSELF and I CAN HONESTLY say now that EVERYONE here is my MOTIVATION to KEEP GOING....I HAVE never FOUND IT EASIER.....to STAY on TRACK because of you all on here.....

Exercise YESTERDAY: 1hour SPINNING & 90 MIN YOGA....
YESTERDAY FOOD: HAD PURE SHAKES all day, and HALF a green tea pinkberry
LOTS of HOT TEA, WATER, and VITAMINS!!!
****BIKRAM 105 degree YOGA IS ONE OF THE MOST MENTALLY CHALLENGING THINGS I HAVE EVER DONE....IT PERPLEXES me HOW HARD it is TO CONTROL your OWN MIND and TELL YOURSELF that YOU ARE OKAY and YOU can KEEP going....I THREW UP in the middle AGAIN....3 outta 6...but it's COOL

JUST GETTING STRONGER AND MORE FOCUSED, SOME DAYS are SO MUCH easier than OTHERS, but HARD WORK is where I WANNA BE!!!! I FINALLY FEEL LIKE A REAL ATHLETE!!!!****
I got a BELT for MY SIZE 7s CAUSE they were GETTING LOOSE!!!
So Since I had such GREAT RESULTS with SHOCKING the SYSTEM......I"M back on it....SHOCKING!!!!
BREAKFAST this MORNING: 2 strips of fish GRILLED-HALIBUT
BROCCOLI and Cauliflower
1 1/4 BROWN RICE
1/2 pinkberry from yesterday green tea cold
