SHOCKING it UP for the CRUISE!!!

Sooo YESTERDAY: I ate WELL, moved around the MEALS, changed the PROTEIN
types, changed the times I eat them, to keep the BODY
GUESSING, and changed the exercise up!!!! ;)

EXERCISE: I WAS a MANIAC.....my BF is DOING this TO ME!! HE can't GET all HOT BEFORE me....and now he is doing 2 hours of cardio KRAV MAGA a DAY along with a 3 mile RUN!!! :cuss: If I don't be CAREFUL he's gonna SMOKE me at my own game!!! :sifone: AND I DON"T want that to HAPPEN....soooooo

YESTERDAY exercise: 4.5 mile run @ park-(felt great compared to HOT ASS
YOGA :ack2:)
45 min. INCLINE TREADMILL @ GYM-15.0 incline/3.2 sp.
(makes me SWEAT like CRAZY-no HANDLES)
35 min. ELLIPTICAL MACHINE....flying/running! u know!
15 min. BICYCLE SPURTS---FASST//slow/FASSST/slow
(makes you sweat CRAZY)
15 min. of FLOOR ABS exercises (KILLING ME :ack2:)!!

So all in all I did PRETTY good.......:iagree: and I am SHOCKING it up......we'll see what tonight HOLDS for me......EXERCISING is really like a SECOND JOB.....I start at around 6:30pm and don't get HOME until about 10:50 most HARD days...but lately during the WEEK HARD is all I KNOW!!!! :icon_bs:
 
damm girl....I have trouble staying 30 minutes on my elliptical machine.

It is like your part time job.

Wow girl that exercise is insane! How in the world do you keep at it? How many calories do you eat? I would need a lot of food to have the energy to do that.
 
Girl you are on fire. So are you trying to get to a size -5 or what? From what I can see you already look great but I admire your will power. It's kind of nice when you have someone to compete with tho isn't it? Even if it is your boyfriend and for whatever reason men can just think about losing weight and the next day they are 5 lbs lighter. But keep doin what you're doing and I would gladly accept any advice along the way. Good luck sweetie.

I dunno......I dunno how I do it...some days are easier than others:ack2:, and the days that I do no exercise generally around 1200-1500 cals...more on the lower side....and for the HARD days I REALLY try to up it up to 1600-1800..it is difficult though, but I tend to incorporate on the hard workout days whole wheat carbs in the morning, and protein snacks and protein meals and they have me going ALL day!!!

OMG woman!!! If I really told you the size I want to be it SOUNDS crazy!!! BUT the reality is that I have a FULL closet of TONS of size 2 and 4's....MOSTLY 2's....:ack2:!!! IT sounds crazy, because when I reached those sizes the smallest I reached was 140 but maintained around 142-147lbs...varying all the time...

I have always been REALLY curvy....and have THICK legs....so even at that weight and those sizes I STILL needed to keep going to LOOK those sizes!!! IT's weird:confused:, but I just wanna fit into my old clothes be HEALTHY and NOT feel sooooo HOT carrying all this weight!!! The weight really gets to me in the SUMMER and I can't stand the 100 degree weather here lately!!! IT has me feeling sooooo lethargic I can't take it!!!!

BUT your are RIGHT a little competition is GREAT and I am soooo HAPPY that my BF is really TRYING hard too cause it makes me feel closer to him, as well as inspired by the FRIENDLY competition!!! NOT to mention.....the HOTNESS thats COMING UP!!! I can't WAIT.....to be a HOT COUPLE together!!!! GIRL, but it's soooo FUNNY,....he has the SEXIEST legs....I TELL him all the time.....IF I COULD just "RIP those puppies OFF...shave that DAMN hair off and SLAP em ON MEEE....with a MINI SKIRT....WATCH out!!!!".....:smilielol5: BUT all in all......just keep going is what I tell myself...FOREVER.....!!!!:driving:.......

& my FAVORITE SAYINGS TO MYSELF are:

1) The FIRST BITE tastes the SAME as the LAST (so put it down after the first)

QUICK update:.......EXERCISE has been NOTHING...HORRIBLE....MY grandmother has been visiting and it's REALLY throwing me off my whole routine.....:(
And tomorrow night I plan to go to the DODGERS Game at night with her and the FAM bam tooo.....sooo another BAD day for exercise!!!! :puke:

Thurs: NO EXERCISE
Friday: NO EXERCISE
Sat: NO EXERCISE

Thurs: Ate pretty well
Friday: Ate pretty well
Sat: Ate pretty well----low calories eaten but MADE up for them in DRINKS!:cheers2:.........:puke:

THIS was a HORRIBLE weekend for exercise....I don't know about making it to my 4lbs lost GOAL for FRIDAY....I messed up!!! PLANNING to get RIGHT back on track!!! I always FEEL so much better about my plan during the week and HONESTLY this HEAT has been KILLING my WORKOUT MOOD!!! I hate it and it really is NO EXCUSE!!! :blush5: :iagree:......SO I plan to NOT weigh myself before the cruise, BECAUSE I don't want the DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I know I have a LONG way to STILL go, so as of NOW I think of myself as HAVING lost not ONE LB.....and am THINKING about it in 9 LB increments to LOOSE because 9 lbs....SOUNDS and LOOKS BETTER than 10lbs....which is a TWO digit NUMBER! I notice I succeed more WHEN I PLAY TRICKS with my BRAIN!!! :conehead: So.....all in all......9 lbs at a TIME is REASONABLE to the logical BRAIN and it doesn't sound that FAR AWAY!~!!

I am scarred that on the cruise it will be SOO HOT that ALL I will want to do is DRINK it UP and GAIN it UP....so I am going to try to make an effort to WORK out on the BOAT though it sounds NOT FUN at all!!!! :( HEEEEEEELPPP! I just think about the fact that I don't want to come back and HAVE TO PAY for my LEISURE on the BOAT in LBS!!! :puke:
 
You have some pretty great will power. I have faith in ya! You'll be fine and I'm sure on the cruise you can find stuff that's physical without having to be in the gym good luck!
 
Defeating "THE MAAAAANNNNN"!!!!!

..ANOTHER DAY "THE MAN"...aka...the "DEVIL MAN"....did NOT KEEP ME DOWN!...

I am SOOO PROUD of myself FOR TAKING ACTION last night AND this MORNING.....THOUGH I was Soooo LAZY at the THOUGHT of leaving and GOING to YOGA...I MUSTERED myself UP and OUT and DID IT!!!! I wanted to stay sooo BAD and ALMOST allowed a SLUMP to creep IN, BUT if I don't do it for MEEEEEE, THEN WHO WILL.....so I WENT!! :biggrinjester:

YESTERDAY Exercise: YOGA at 8:00pm-90 min. :gnorsi:.......105 degree HEAT!!
THIS MORNING: YOGA @ 6:30 am -90 min.....:party: I LOVE that I WOKE up!!!

**the class yesterday GOT easier....I guess it really is like THEY say, some DAYS are BETTER than OTHERS and YESTERDAY I was a YOGA QUEEN!!! I am Dealing with the HEAT PRESSURE in there SOOO much better these PAST two classes and the MOVES are getting EASIER due to my FOCUS even though I AM PUSHING myself FURTHER into the MOVES!!! GO FIGURE!!! MIND OVER MATTER I TELL YA!!! :p**

FOOD: AS far as my EATING goes....back to SHOCKING this morning....SHAKES and CHICKEN TENDERS for today....TOMORROW shall be different & DoDGER GAME tonight:), SOoooo NO EXERCISE LATER :(!!!!!
 
Great job girlie! Way to kick that yoga in the butt. My 1 month membership expired and now I have to start paying the big bucks. I'm debating whether to go to the one next to my work or one closer to home. Tri wants to join me also...but I'm not sure if I want Tri seeing me all sweaty struggling to do those yoga poses. I'd be embarrassed. LOL
