BIKRAM YOGA does a BODY GOOD!!

OKay......SO I AM STILL SHOCKING MY SYSTEM.....just now I am incorporating every other day a bit of CARBS in the morning, still doing shakes, and CHANGING my workouts EVERYDAY!!! NO TWO DAYS the same, and I see my BODY is changing already!!!.....I PROMISE that in 15 days I WILL POST a B4 pic and NOT an AFTER but a during, and I will try to put on the same clothes, so YOU GUYS can all SEE and COMPARE side by side!!! I hoooooope!!!! So no weighing myself, and I will try and SHOCK myself AWAY!!

Exercise yesterday: 30 min. TOTAL BODY JIllian MICHAELS 30 day shred part 2
(Since I have a million of these workouts FREE on demand
I have no excuse in NOT CHANGING Them each and every
time to work different muscles)

(out of the 4 times I have gone....this is SOOOO intense, I have thrown up 2 times already...had to go to the bathroom.....and they get MAD when u leave) OH WELL!!! BUT I feel it....I'm melting AWAY and I even convinced another friend to go with me!

As far as EATING goes....I've been SOOOO much more on TRACK and the more compliments I get, the MORE on TRACK I stay....NOW I am changing the TIMES that I eat the shakes, shifting them around, as well as all the other food, and I feel it is working, cause I LOOK way slimmer!!! soooooo......WE"LL SEE!!!:seeya: HOPE I DON"T DIE TONIGHT AT YOGA:

EXERCISE for tonight: 4.5 mile RUN at the park
then STRAIGHT to 90 min YOGA.....:)
 
Sooooo YESTERDAY...I dunnnoo what was going on with me I was frustrated at work issues, people were getting on my nerves, my BOSS was annoying the hell outta me, I forgot my running pants, so I couldn't go after work, when I got home, after 10 min. of those STUPID videos, different ones than last, I was FRUSTRATED and ANGRY and :cuss: I JUST DON"T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH ME!!!

SO I ended up going to the late night HOT YOGA :ack2: at 10:00pm that lasts 90 FREKKKKIN' mins.!! I didn't THROW up and I was so TIRED after it actually relieved me off all those CRAPPY feelings going on inside of me!!! :)

Still SHOCKING.....the system with the FOOD.....

BREAKFAST: Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat/toasted (160 for bread)
Tomatoes & Spinach Leaves w/ Mustard (120cal tuna)

Snack: 2 turkey HOT dogs...70 cals each =(140 cal)

Lunch: Soy Protein Shake w/ fruit (300 cals)

Snack: Deli turkey meat with handful of pork grinds (240 cals both)

Snack: Soy Protein Shake (300 cals) =1260

Snack: GOING to a party....so NO MORE THAN 4 drinks

*ONLY doing a 1hr SPINNING class at the GYM*NO YOGA**
 
IT went OKAY....I only drank ONE NIGHT, but a lot, so.....:cuss: OH WELL!!!

And I got the BF to give me half the money for the YOGA...cause you got it lucky over there.....guess how much it is compared to your $30 a month....here it is $165....:cuss: MAKES such HUGE DIFFERENCE....but I figured later on....there are trades you could do for free....TRADE 6 hours and go for FREE unlimited, so I FIGURE it works later....but NOW....I ONLY HAVE TWO WEEKS or one and a half UNTIL the CRUISE!!!! SOOOOO.....CRUNCH TIME!!!! :smash:

STILL haven't weighed myself, and I PLAN TO CONQUER THE WORLD IN these two weeks.....!!! HOPEFULLY I do....;)

LADIES and GENTS!!!! YES IT IS TRUE!!!!

I COULDN'T help it and YESTERDAY I DID IT>....I WEIGHED MYSELF at YOGA thinking I had lost about 3 lbs since the last time I weighed myself it said 164....a couple weeks back, and to my SURPRISE I couldn't believe it the SCALE said 156...WHAAAAAATT!!!! So The next time I plan to WEIGH myself will be in a LONG while!!!! ;) WE"LL see where it'll be there!!!!

****BIKRAM 105 degree YOGA IS ONE OF THE MOST MENTALLY CHALLENGING THINGS I HAVE EVER DONE....IT PERPLEXES me HOW HARD it is TO CONTROL your OWN MIND and TELL YOURSELF that YOU ARE OKAY and YOU can KEEP going....I THREW UP in the middle AGAIN....3 outta 6...but it's COOL :coolgleamA: JUST GETTING STRONGER AND MORE FOCUSED, SOME DAYS are SO MUCH easier than OTHERS, but HARD WORK is where I WANNA BE!!!! I FINALLY FEEL LIKE A REAL ATHLETE!!!!**** :cheers2:

I got a BELT for MY SIZE 7s CAUSE they were GETTING LOOSE!!! :chillpill:

So Since I had such GREAT RESULTS with SHOCKING the SYSTEM......I"M back on it....SHOCKING!!!!

1/2 pinkberry from yesterday green tea cold

Haaaard WORK coming UP!!!

THANK YOU Sooooo MUCH....now my MOMENTARY NOW goal is to LOOSE 4 lbs by the cruise on the 23 next FRIDAY....for a WHOPPING total of 25lbs LOST in 3 months and a week..!!! WoooooWOOoo....I HOPE I CAN SMOKE DOWN! :sifone:

BUT yeah....SHOCKING the SYSTEM today with exercise:

PLAN to run 4.5 miles at the PARK, and STEP it up to the GYM, and BE A WARRIOR and do at LEAST one HOUR of 30 min. ELLIPTICAL and 30 MIN. INCLINE walk 15.0 INCLINE 3.2 SPEED, and ABS.....NEEEED ABS!!! at LEAST 15-30 min!!!

TODAY is GOING to be HARD....BUT I"M in....and I"M MOTIVATED!!!!

MY BF....is NOW scarred that I'm LOOSING weight like CRAZY and has KICKED his workouts into a MANIAC style :iagree: HE is doing two seperate 1hr KRAV maga WORKOUTS and goes to the PARK for a 3 mile RUN....he is REALLY getting slimmer and he is SHOCKING the SYSTEM eating different proteins and different meals and vitamins.....AND ITS WORKING...he is looking waaaay thinner these past 7 days.....AMAZING....and NOW he is ALSO motivating the HECK outta me....cause in NO TIME....he is GONNA be SIX PACK,...and I DON"T WANNA BE LEFT BEHIND!!!

SO HARD WORK AND DEDICATION here I COME!!!! :coolgleamA: :party:

I hope SO ...so FAR soo GOOD...the other day he even BOUGHT me these CUTE LITTLE small shirts for the CRUISE and has definitely been SWEETER and MORE romantic LATELY, and MY CONFIDENCE is GETTING WAY BETTER TOO!!!! SO I'm sure he's starting to notice too.....!!! ;)
 
Aw thats good to hear. I always thought it was so amazing how your relationships with people improve when you take steps to improve yourself (not just phsyically either).
 
It soooo TRUE, I believe its just the fact that we are PROGRESSING towards BETTER and that makes PEOPLE HAPPY in the LONG RUN!!! STAGNATION is what causes depression....and I"M OVER IT!!!! :)
 
Get that nooky woman! And those dollars/gifts from BF. He should consider himself LUCKY to have such an athletic healthy girl :).

Congrats on losing 21lbs! :party: I hope you make your 25lb goal by your cruise. I'm also trying to lose weight before a vacation, so we can motivate each other. :D
