30 min. Treadmill @ the Gym-Fast Pace walking--12:00 am AGAIN

30 min. Hot Ass Sauna--Yoga stretches in there.....

30 min. of Varied weight/Ab machines---still at the gym 1:40 am......

10 min. of Hard Core 5 lbs Hoola Hoop-w/ windsor pilates ball--SWEATY!!!
stairs at work-15 min....
Food Yesterday: ---no shakes today----
Breakfast---1 breast grilled chicken
1 palm of Pat Thai....i think thats how u spell it....LOL
Lunch:------1 fresh Spring Roll-grilled tofu----HOME MADE!!! YUM!!
Snack b4 6:--Assorted nuts/almonds/raisin---
1 banana
1 boiled egg + 2 boiled egg whites
Dinner: 3 bites of Some type of meat in the fridge--

1 bite of some macaroni salad----just wanted the taste....lol
4 chicken nuggets---Mc Donalds.....eeeeh OH WELL!!
...then WORKED IT TIL I couldn'tt no MORE!!!!
....MAC DADDY.....YOU WILL BE CRUSHED!!!! ON my way to work out right now!!!
