FOOD yesterday: 2 SHAKES, crackers w/ peanut butter for snack, cottage cheese w/ boysenberries for snack, SUSHI for dinner, 3 1/2 beers.....:ack2:.....

EXERCISE: when ALANE83 dropped me off, I was LAZY and there was nothing gonna move me, EXCEPT when my bf got home SUPER CHARGED with passion in his eyes, talking about his KRAV MAGA class, and that he almost passed out from such a HARD workout, from this GUEST WORLD CHAMPION winner.....and I DECIDED.....woooow....HE LOOKS SO CUTE, and SO SLIMMMMM, I think he lost another 5 lbs in ONE DAY, his face looked CUTTTTE!!! CHeeeooOoWW~!!!:drool5:....

....so @ 11:00pm GOT UP and WENT TO THE GYM.....CHRISTENHERE....couldn't let you down TOO........:Angel_anim:........didn't work as HARD, I must say, but I MADE IT......did 35 mins. on the TREADMILL.....interval/hill walking.....sooooo SLEEPPPY....then did 10 mins. SAUNA!!! :smash:

...I hope I smashed SOMETHING......while there......got home....

30 min. resistance ROPE WORK @ home,
10 min. HOOLA HOOP @ home
5 min. Dumbells....

Regarding the whole shirt topic, I feel ya girl.

Sometimes it is really bothersome to have people around you that either put you down, or just have no faith in you. Hurts even more when you have negative comments coming from loved ones. At least if it is someone you don't like you can tell them off without feeling that bad about it.

You sound like you've come to the same place that I have, we have to have faith in ourselves and that is what matters. Like the George Michael songs, "gotta have faith." LOL " I know not everybody, has a body like you...." Doesn't it go something like that? Doop Doop Doop

Sometimes our family members or friends say things that are so negative, it is hard to let it roll off your back. In the end though, your back is all you have. They'll just have to wait and see, we are about to bust out!!! Bust out with sexiness, not bust out of our clothes. LMAO

Then you can wear that shirt and flex your bicep at your mom when she comments on it. LMAO! And then in your best Brit Brit voice, you can say "Like That"

I think another thing that we need to focus on is that it doesn't end when we reach our goal weight. We have to fight this battle for the rest of our lives. As we age everything becomes more difficult to maintain...we have to keep putting our health first for the rest of our lives because our health affects EVERYTHING around us. If we are not healthy our quality of life suffers...and I can tell you this, after this weight comes off I am not EVER going back to the old Me. Hell NO!! It is taking way too much effort and I refuse to go through this again.

Yesterday: LIFE was GETTING me DOWN.....:cuss:......I get SAD, discouraged, and BLAH :nopity:....well, TODAY.....I FEEL GREAT!!! I feel like there is LIGHT at the END OF THE TUNNEL.....things are NOT going to STAY the same....and WE CAN "ATTRACT" everything and ANYTHING we "DESIRE"....GOD loves US!:Angel_anim:....

...so with that said....heheheh :smilielol5:...crappy MOOD yesterday, led to a BEER and a SPARKS...one....gotta love em'....buttt....NO exercise, LOTS of errands, and SHAKES and CHICKEN all day, seems to be the only thing I've been really eating EXCEPT for this YUM YUM sushi ALANE83 took me too.....

...who the HELL ever thought I WOULD FIND "HEAVEN" @ a $2.75 EVERY SINGLE plate of sushi could offer....TAX INCLUDED>.....:drool5:....I almost TOPPLED outta my CHAIR!~!!!! AMAZING I tell you, @ those prices, though, no SAKI, no SAPPORO, get in & get YOUR ass OUTTA here......"Suuuussshhhaaaaayy foooooo AWWWWLLLLLLL" not justtt you!!! hehehe :reddevil: damn them, I love SAPPORRO and SAKI....oh well :cuss:!!!

....today....I'm feeling GREAT...and NEED to APOLOGIZE to my team & MYSELF for the CRAP of EXERCISE I have had this WEEK....lucky US that we are IN THIS FOR life....which MEANS yet another FRESH week to START on NEXT Week!!!! ................leaving to SAN FRANCISCO today.............and might see my favorite TWINS......crossing my FINGERS...!!! :)

I definitely understand that...I'm just glad ALTA showed me the forum. I was doing it on my own before...which is hard but do-able...but it's so much better having people around to slap you around a bit!

WoooHOooo...i'm in San FRANCISCO....and I LOVE IT...it's GREAT to be away....trying to be good, went on a NICE 45 min. run this morning....GOTTA love the HILLS!!! :) so got some points, brought my bands too, and avoided the pizza thats 24 hours here....wow!!! :eek: ONE BITE tastes the SAME as the LAST!!!

...going to do SOME tourist stuff, getting to know more, and then yesssss, drinking....my HUMPS I hope you ladies can come.....CALL ME K! ;) ITs so cool how everyone walks everywhere, the free transportation and the works!!! LOVE IT!!!
 
ah I'm jealous!!! I love San Fran I was born in Berkeley so have tons of family out there on my dad's side and have been quite a bit....it's a great city
