Okay My fat and semi fat pics are up. Read em and weep. I am actually almost 20lb lighter than the second one. Maybe I can get a new one up soon.

SO this weekend....on Thursday night, me and the bf went out and had a wonderful assortment of Thai food! :) I did stay away from the Carbs (other than the limited portion that comes in the sauces..lol) ...I did good I must say....It was delicious and Pouring Rain.....couldn't have asked for a better night!

Friday I took it easy, slept in, went with my bf had a wonderful day, ate some sushi, drove around town....it was POURING rain...so we stayed in for the rest of the day and watched movies...so with all that cuddling going on...EXERCISE was out of the question... ...at least INTENDED exercise was out :reddevil:!!! LOL!!! We had Boston Market for dinner, I ate some of the yummy chicken, and some of the spinach & squash sides....it was pretty good....DIDN'T EAT THE ROLL :D! (gave it to OTIS :D the dog)!

I took the day as a lazy one ...didn't work out....then SAT...came around...and since Thursday was a day off too.....I worked out!..."It's those days that you don't want to do it, that MEAN MORE than the ones you do want to do...;)

90 mins. of Power Yoga & 60 mins of Windsor Pilates & 5 min. of Hoola & cleaned 1/2 the house.

Sunday:--I was going to go to Yoga, but I was SORE, my ass, my legs, my arms :eek:...my neck, all of it.....SO instead, I took it easy, and just did my own yoga poses and stretches (with my BOOK :D filled with all these wonderful positions and good info) ---for about 20 mins I'd say----I still felt the BURN....!!! LOL--rented a movie--it was my favorite cloudy days again-

-went in the morning with my bf and had a nice picnic that he took me to at his secret park, where he goes to read sometimes during the week :)...it was nice and we ate lettuce wrapped burgers (I really have limited my RED MEAT...I'd say to maybe ONCE a week now...)

...slowly slowly..

..then for dinner we went to the market, and I picked up my YUMMY :drool5: ingrediants to make my low carb pizza!!!! WOOHOOO!!!

--cheese
--eggs-
--cauliflower crust
--basil, garlic powder, pepper, oregano
--peperonis
--bell pepper, onions, mushrooms

--It came out DELICIOUS, I got my pizza craving out of the way, and I brought some for lunch with me today!!!!

***I also made my OWN CHOCOLATE this weekend...!!! WOOHOO!!!....so since all the chocolate I have found is filled with carbs, I found this version at the market (BAKERS) it's unsweetened and used for cooking with almost NO CARBS-2 net actually per little square,...cause it has a crappy NO TASTE and NO SUGAR by itself...

...so I decided to melt it in a cup and add splenda to it, microwave it, add a hint pinch of milk- and it starts clumpping and then --PUT IT ON FOIL- and bam ...back to the FREEZER and I HAVE NOW MADE MY OWN CHOCOLATE LOW CARB, SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE!!! :D!!!

(there is a store that sells it ready already, but I improvised and I did it!!!!)

OH YES........we had CHAMPANGE with our Low Carb Pizza----I BROKE and IT WAS GOOD--sparkling...!!! I had 2 cups and it stopped there!

TODAY: SHAKES & TEA & LEFT OVER AND EXERCISE TONIGHT!!!

...that's the point my love....I HATE PICTURES OF ME I realized, that if I didn't put em up, then I could keep on disappointing myself SECRETLY...cause you all wouldn't see....NOW IT'S DIFFERNT....I let myself and everyone else see...so I would let everyone down ass well...so I seem to try harder now....GO FIGURE....

Hey lady your low carb pizza sounds great! Where do you get the cauliflower curst? The whole weekend sounds great. I do love rainy days where you just stay inside and cuddle and watch moives... I'm pretty jealous!!

....Oh I love em too!! It's raining today too!! My bf just bought me some cute rain boots a couple weeks back too, so I've been real luck to use them up a lot!!!

...I actually made the cauliflower crust, I got frozen cauliflower, heated it, drained it, and smashed it down with a fork, then I added 2 eggs, and a handfull of shredded cheese....and WHALA!!! .....place it on the cookie sheet (with SPRAY) and foil...make it into a pizza.....basil, oregano, garlic powder, and IN IT GOES! 15 mins.....

..then when the crust is brown on the edges, add the rest and cook in the Broiler! hmmm :drool5:!!!
