I hope your workout and everything has been going great this week! I don't know why but this week has gone by sooo slowly for me. SOO SLOWLY. I thought yesterday was Thusrday. Do you know how MAD I was when it was only Tuesday? :)

Real quick b4 bed.....EXERCISE done..

- 1 hour Windsor Pilates with ball
- 20 min Kathy Smith Yoga Flex Video
- 5 min Hip hop Abs- last minute abs
- 5 min stationary bike with resistance ropes

..... And I lost 1 lb last week :party:.... Now at 157!!!! :D!!!

total loss January : 9 lbs!!!! CheeeeeeeeoooooowwwwW!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
