OMG,

I am sooooo hurtin today...someone kill me LOL my legs feel like lead. I can't wait for my body to get used to this so I can up it and make myself sore again LOL:D

hehe it will go in a day or two, i get that whenever i do a new exercise and im pretty fit now :D
 
Yea, hopefully. My arms aren't that bad today, but the inside of legs like at the lower part of my theighs really ache right now, but it's getting better.

I'll get used it and I really enjoyed the eliptical!

Food's been good for me. No fast food and instead of eating like food food for breakfasts and lunches on week days, I went and picked up a protien mix for breakfast and protien bars to take for lunch because on somedays I only have 10 minutes for lunch.

ON weekends I'll eat normal food though. Cals for me are around 1500 cals a day.

I have really sore shoulders from friday which was 2 days ago (for me), always happens when you do something new but soon disappears :)
 
Well it took me a full 2 days to have my legs not feel sore.

I'm going back to the gym tomorrow for a 30 min go on the eliptical.

I'm excited!!


I'm having some water retention because I had way too much salt yesterday. I'm just drinking a lot of water today and it should go down.
 
Water seriously helps that sodium level :)

ah... I know the sore feeling well. I'm experiencing it now!! ;)
if you want pain though... may I suggest the stair master? Holy cow. What a workout. *faints*
 
haha, you want pain? you should try skipping 500 jumps in 10 mins.
Man my calves were dead for a week nearly. I was about to go to the docter thinking i had done some serious damage!
 
Hey Guys,

I've been super busy!!!!! I've changed my schedual about 7 times, but I finally got it nailed down today FINALLY!!!

I got into a night class for drama, so directly after drama I went and worked out for 20 minutes on the eliptical again. It was great!

Anyways, I don't know if I'll lose any weight this week. I seem to be about 1 to 1.5 lbs heavier than last weight in. I really just want to maintain.

Yea, I've been busy trying to get school sorted but it's all figured out now.

I went to the gym again today. I was on the eliptical for 33 minutes and I burned 397 calories and went either 2.6 miles or Kms, not too sure. I feel good. My heart rate wasn't as high as the first couple times, which is good. It was between 141 and 167(only once) and was average 150 during the 30 minutes.

I have to work a bingo tonight from 8:30pm intil 1:15am for fundraising, so I will be tired tomorrow!
 
Hey Kallie, great job on the elliptical last night! I did about the same, only I was listening to music and kept speeding up with the beat and increasing my heart rate so I ended up totally pooped by the end of 35 minutes.
You want sore legs? Try 5 sets of 15 reps of dumbell squats...OUCHIE!! It hurts to sit down on the potty...and once I'm there getting up is a chore.
