I had a good relaxing weekend... it was great for a change. I needed a vacation after my family was here.

I went to the gym today to do some IT on the arctrainer for a half hour and boy did it kick my ass once again! I love a good kick in the ass :rotflmao:

Starting tomorrow I have a whole new plan for the gym and exercise in general thanks to Sexyus Maximus a.k.a Steve.
I have 3 days of full body resistance training.

Monday will be Day 1 and 1/2 hour of cardio
Tuesday will be 1/2 hour of IT cardio
Wednesday will be Day 2
Thursday will be 1/2 hour of IT cardio
Friday will be Day 3 and 1/2 hour of cardio
Saturday will be 1/2 hour of IT cardio
Sunday Rest Day!

I'm really really excited to start my new plan:jump:

I went and saw the new Halloween tonight and boy is it gory and good LOL... it was exactly what I expected and it didn't violate the essence of the orignial which made me extremely happy :)

Food Today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and a Banana
Lunch: grilled chicken panini on 15 grain bread made with mozzarella onions and peppers
Snack: Bowl of Spinach (I'm weird LOL)
Dinner: Hamburger with cooked onions, steamed Broccoli, and salad
Snack: Nectarine

I hope everyone had a stupendous weekend and doesn't wake up tomorrow with a case of the Mondays!

I have been doing it... Steve said I was going a bit overboard with IT and cardio in general so I'm gonna scale it back and stick to the new program for a few weeks and take it slow and hopfully i'll start shrinking like crazy again!

I havn't had alcohol since I started except for one shot of Jamison on my birthday last week... so shoot me I had a shot on my birthday LOL... I think its helped removing all drugs (non-prescription) and alcohol from my system.

I'm actually removing myself from the machines! I hate them... i don't fit on them right and they kinda lock you into unnatural movements. Or at least ones that don't feel natural.

Not really but I'm an odd student. I do really well without caring until the last minute. Then I freak out and do awesome... I don't know its always how I worked. You're doing so well in school no reason to be nervous! :hug2:

I'm really into watching surgery, reading about gross diseases, looking at really graphic pictures blah blah blah... my deep dark mind is not only perverted:rotflmao: Well i came across this little tidbit of a fact and I thought I should share for everyone's benefit:

More than 11,000 people are injured every year trying out new sexual positions.

I'd personally like a breakdown of the types of positions they are attempting, in what surrounding, what the average age is, and what becomes injured. Any speculations?!?!

Just some food for thought on this wonderful Monday!

Good Evening Everyone!

Well today was quite a day... it was long long long... but I got a lot of shit done. I even got some studying done for the torture device known as the LSAT!

Workout Today:
Dynamic Stretching
1/2 hour arctrainer no IT
Squats 3x10
Dumbell bench Press 3x10
Bicep Curls 3x10
Reverse Grip Pull Down 3x12
Static Stretching

Just working on form right now to get it all down right before I start adding weights. I sure felt the squats though... much different than the ball squats.

Food Today:
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs 1 slice of American Cheese, 1 Multigrain Waffle, a plum
After Gym: Banana
Lunch: Another Grilled chicken Panini on 15 grain bread... mMmmm sooo yummy
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta, cod, carrots
Snack: some sorta fruit before bed:rolleyes:

Does anyone elses cat play fetch... I play fetch with my cat its soo awesome. I throw the mouse she runs gets it carries it back in her mouth drops it at my feet and starts running away again!... Sooo adorable. We didn't even train her to do it!

I'm really upset I only lost 1 pound last week... I hope I'm not hitting a plateau. We'll see on Saturday how much I've lost this week...

I watched Bio-dome the other day... it reminded me of many hours hanging out with my friends.. smoking and taking various substances and watching Pauly Shore! I've realized how much the actual stories of his movies suck... but their awesomeness if only for sentimental reasons will last forever. Needless to say sucky story I still enjoyed it!
