Damn you're kickin' ass at the gym--back to normal. I'll take PJ's share of that meal---BB loves feta--pile it on baby!! I'm worried about tomorrow's weigh in, too. But ya know what? Even if you've lost nothing, it's better than gaining. And even if you gain, it's only one pt lost--no biggie. I can't imagine you'll do either of those, so I wouldn't worry about it. :hug2::hug2:

No one deserves to see the numbers on the scale go down more than you. You've been working it like crazy and the damn scale midgets just have not been cooperating.


TOM is coming for a visit again... I soo love when TOM comes. At least his visit was so horribe last time that it won't be soo horribe this time.

Food Today:
Breakfast: cheerios with skim milk and a banana
Lunch: whole wheat wrap with 1 sclice of meunster and turkey breastisis
After Gym: 2 eggs scrambled with 1 slice of American, Peach
Dinner: Multigrain Pasta, marinara sauce, corn

I got to the gym today. After an hour on the elliptical I tried out an arctrainer. Boy is that a friggin beast of a machine. However, I decided I love it enough to master that big boy and make it my bitch:beating:;)

In addition to all that cardio, I did pre and post workout stretching, ab workout, and lower body. All for a total of about 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Well I had to weigh in for the halloween challenge ... and it was 245... THAT"S MY 40 POUND MARK!!!!:jump::jump:

However, it was only one pound... which makes me sad:confused:
My scale does measure in .2 increments... but I just ignore those and just use the whole numbers... I don't round up or round down... just whatever the number is without the points is what it is...I don't know if that's cheating but its what I do... and what i've done from the beginning.

Selena is right!!! A pound is a pound--and it's way better than gaining a pound!! Is it not? Just think how terrible you'd feel if you'd gained. So be frickin' happy and stop expecting so damn much from yourself. Geesh!! lol Love you girl!:beating::beating:

Remember too, your also working out like a feind and probably in the process
gaining some muscle.

All i have to say is a friggin LOVE the arc trainer. Did a 1/2 hour today and it kick my ass like hell... and its soo much easier on my body. I don't get the numbness in my feet or the pain in my knees and hip that i get sometimes on the elliptical. I totally feel it in my ass, thighs, hips calfs, everywhere really... it is sooo friggin awesome!!! It made me sweat like I havn't sweat in an extremely extremely long time LOL I never ever thought I would say I loved:beating::beating: a cardio machine... and here I am:rotflmao:

Well at the gym today ... I did a kick ass half hour on the arc trainer, 15 minutes on the bike, and an ab workout. It was a real good workout too... and to think I almost stayed home LOL. Because I only did a 1/2 hour on the arc (believe me it did more than an hour on the elliptical for me) my workout was only about an hour and a half today.

Totally feel better about being down only a pound this week... I should celebrate I reached 40 pounds in a little over 3 months:jump::jump::jump:

Hey Jenna Congrats on reaching the 40 lb loss mark. I can't wait to reach that myself. However, I'm just happy that I'm continuing to lose at this point with all the damn stress that has happened over the last 2 weeks. anyways keep up the great work girl.

Today has been a good day for me... yay!!! Especially after finding my new love the ArcTrainer LOL!!

Funny story from the gym today. The guy who is always mopping the floors is mopping the floor... he accidentily spills the bucket making a huge puddle across most of the floor. He puts up wet floor signs and spreads the water across the floor by cleaning the rest of the floor. Just as he is about done... some dumb bitch not paying attention while on her cell phone walkign across the floor... slightly slips bumps the bucket and dumps whatever was left in it all over the floor... then she just laughs and goes ooops sorry and walks on. The poor guy cleaning the floor laughs with pain on his face and goes about spreading the water all over the floor again... I guess it was funny as a spectator... I'm sure the guy wanted to ring that girls neck!

Food Today:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, plum
After Gym: Oatmeal and nectarine
Lunch: Baked Tilapia with a roasted red pepper sauce topped with grilled red and green peppers
Dinner: Thai Food: Chicken Drunken Noodles ...extra spicy. Thin rice noodles covered in tons of chicken and veggies (peppers, carrots, broccoli, snappeas, onions) and not drenched in some sauce. Its good clean healthy yummy food!
Snack: Grapes

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend (even with the devastating losses!!)
