Your new exercise plan sounds good. You will kick ass as usual. I like the IT addition (unless you were already doing it..lol)
I have been doing it... Steve said I was going a bit overboard with IT and cardio in general so I'm gonna scale it back and stick to the new program for a few weeks and take it slow and hopfully i'll start shrinking like crazy again!
