Thanks ladies, believe me, all the encouragement is the best thing you guys could do for me.
So I ate well today, but I didn't quite stick to the plan up there because I completely forgot about our band concert tonight. Plus, right when I got home from school, I fell asleep (Well I ate the 3 pm meal first) Then I didn't have time to make dinner before I had to go to the concert so I just had some yogurt.. oh well, it was a pretty good day but I can't seem to find time to drink the water... I always forget about it.
