hey sweetie... it looks like you have a plan and you are sticking to it =) It is hard to go such a long time with nothing to do - I used to always eat when I was bored... are there any activities/hobbies you could do? just something to take your mind off of food =)
 
Not really, I have drumline tryouts tomorrow though and if that works out it means every tuesday and thursday from 6-9:30. With track til 5, I don't think I'll be bored.

P.S. Hopefully I'll be cleared to run at my doctor's appointment on thursday!!!

Girlie, you only have 8 pounds to go... You will get there... You're so young and have a good mindset... KEEP AT IT TORI!!!
 
your food plans are great! are you able to walk yet, even if you can't run? you could go for a walk after school to get away from food and burn some calories. or go study at the library or somewhere you don't have access to a fridge. i know you can do it, you have such a great attitude and you sound really motivated. good luck with that doc appt, and with the drum tryouts! take care sweetie.

4:30 Pear, Fruit Cup, toast (230)

5 Frozen Dinner, marshmallows, grapes (410)

7 Yogurt, Toast (180)

Total: 1250 :-D feeling strong!!!

10 lbs is one dress size smaller!!!.....( That doesnt always work for me though because of my belly).....I know your going to do great tomorrow!!!....
 
Alrighty, I'm feeling great today:

So far:

Breakfast: Oatmeal (150)

Snack: Fruit and Jello (60)

Now What else am I going to eat???

Lunch: Sandwich, 100 Calorie pack, Fruit and Jello (280)
(hopefully around 12)

Snack: Pria bar, yogurt (220) (2:30??)

Dinner: Sandwich, Light and Fit Smoothie (200)
(4:30??)

Snack: Toast, Soup (150)
 
not tooooo bad today, not my best though.

I'll write what I'm going to eat early tomorrow because it depends what time I wake up.
 
honey! glad you are back... sorry I didn't have time to stop in and check on you - and then kick your butt for not posting =) hehehe... I've been so busy with school!!!

How is drum line going?! Can you run yet? I hope to hear all about that wonderful food that you are eating!!!

It also looks like you have some totally reasonable and very achievable goals set for yourself as far as weight - way to go honey!!!
 
I can run once I talk to my coach... so hopefully starting tomorrow night.

The first drumline practice got canceled. :( It was supposed to be Thursday, but now we have one on Tuesday, so it should be all well.
 
Today I have had about 575 calories so far for breakfast/snack/lunch. Not too bad.

Later:

1 pm: Pineapple 50
yogurt 100

4 pm: Pear 100
Salad/Dressing 50

6 pm: Tuna fish 150
100 Calorie pack 100

8 pm: Yogurt and Pineapple 150

Total: 1275

I will also run whenever both my parents get home :-D
