Here It Comes....Sorry!
Finally I'm better off than when I had my falling of the wagon badly deviation. The GREAT thing about this program is that I know that I WILL eventually get there with it. I feel like it's going to be something I always turn to, being able to get that stubborn weight off if it creeps back. I'll be learning from your mistake RJM, I'll do the refeed each and every time.
I really enjoyed my yoghurt this morning...Other days I've just tolerated it but it was delish.
Fruity Yoghurt Recipe
Blend 1/2 honey dew melon allowance to a puree with two tablets of sugarine.
Mix with yoghurt allowance.
Add 1 kiwi fruit & 1 broken up crispbread (I use wholemeal paradise light)
mix through and have a scrummy brekky.
Curried egg Recipe
I'm sure everyone has done the curried egg thing. I just make it the traditional way with mayo allowance, curry powder, finely chopped onion and mash. I usually serve mine on a couple of celery sticks (from allowance) and the rest on my 2 crisps. A really enjoyable brekky.
Also, maybe when we post a recipe we could use the word 'recipe' in it? Then if we need to do a search we'll be able to find them all with ease.

L-Jay: You have been a needed source of comfort and support to me, now it's my time to reciprocate. It's in you to do all you need to do, otherwise you wouldn't have that wisdom there to help guide others. I decided, when I got back on track this time, I would offer myself rewards all along the way. Not just at the end of a week, but every few days. This was important because I was finding it really difficult. So...on day three on the wagon I bought a bunch of flowers for myself, day five I bought a yummy mask from my favourite shop LUSH, when I get to Tuesday, I'm going to get my haircut. I found this great motivation, I feel as if i'm showing myself kindness but without the food. I've always rewarded myself with food, but now, I'll just buy little things that don't cost too much, but i enjoy nonetheless. I am also taking one chromium tablet each day. That helps IMMENSELY. I never expected it to be so useful! Within 2 hrs of taking the first one, my intense cravings lessened. Now, i'm in that wonderful place where I have to force myself to have my meals. Hope you're feeling re-inspired.

DeDe23: I'm amazed at your success so far! You've done great to overcome the obstacles you've faced and still lost weight. Great job...Hope you're feeling better soon.

Lizzi: I'm not allowed cream cheese as far as I know. I have been intending to try out ricotta as a substitute though. Might be nice mixed with some herbs.

RJM: You're welcome. I know those probably don't suit everyone on the forum, but probably most of us can draw encouragement from them. You've been a fantastic encouragement in all things spiritual, thanks. Glad I could help you too.

Heavenlylamb: Good luck on your new program. You've made a great choice. I've been on this program for four weeks now and I have had deviations (tsk, tsk) but I feel like this is the answer for me. I have hope with this! I have now lost just under 8kg in 4 weeks. Exceeding any efforts I have made in the past with other diets. I have REALLY been on the merry go round too. Diet/Binge/Diet/Binge, neverending. I have to say that those occurances are becoming less frequent and I'm feeling extremely liberated these days. I'm also seeking all of my motivation from God, judging by your user maybe you too? The first three days are the worst, prepare and treat yourself kindly to lots of sleep, hot baths and cosy couch reading. (they're my treats anyway, whatever works). Now i'm 'into' it again, i'm not feeling very hungry and my cravings are almost gone completely, that is unless I stand looking at cake displays! Good Luck. Look forward to seeing your newly found freedom appear with every kilo drop.

Less Of Me: You are looking great! {{hugs are in order}}. It must feel amazing to have come so far. Might I add also, that you looked great even carrying the extra weight. Looks like you carry it well! Well done on your success.
That's 'all' for me. Sorry that was so long, it's been a while between individual posts and I really do like to catch up occasionally. Hope everyone's going well. I'm getting bloods tomorrow (yuk), but i'm really excited about the coming month and what I might achieve this time!
Cheers
