Yay it's working

I've updated my ticker - very proud with my 9kg loss! Annie, I'm with you in having a crazy busy couple of weeks and boy was I tempted - to drink alcohol! It was very much a stress reaction and I was aware of it and ignored it but I must say it was tough and was the first hard thing I've encountered. It was a good insight though into my eating/drinking behaviour. Haven't strayed from the plan, so I feel I have accomplished some discipline in that, even if my work situation is totally chaotic at present.
Jools, Cate, Lam and Nonna (and anyone else that I've forgotten to mention!) - what awesome weight loss - I have to keep remembering to come back to the forum to remind myself how well this program works.
Stef - When I BYO my dinner, there are INEVITABLE questions but they usually stop after I say "my doctor" set the diet for me....hey, Dr. Cohen is a doctor right, so I'm technically not lying. Plus because my actual doctor has put me on a 6 month good behaviour bond after which I'm on cholesterol medication, no one gives me a hard time. In fact, the main comment is the size of the portion, but I make up for that with talking through dinner and I tend to be the last one finished

Also Stef, I use Meal 3 portions for soup and so invariably have those for lunch, doesn't seem to be harming anything - I think my consultant said any one at any time as long as you don't have more than one from each group.

Cate and Lam - Did you both start the refeed? How is it going? How wonderfully exciting!
