I don't want to go back to my old eating habits. I want to continue doing Cohen's.
I see everyone doing so well, I am so jealous of those who have iron willpower. LOL. If there are any of you who have fallen off the wagon previously and were able to get back on and keep going, any words of wisdom would really help.
Do you want some tough love? Or understanding? Here is both; you choose, please ignore which one you wish.

soon2b145, you are or where 100lbs (45KG) overweight, that means in fact you are very obese!! You are at simply are a fatty; you will be treated worse by people who think being fat is a sign of lower intelligence, you look fat even in clothes that hide your body! you will have the heath risks of being fat! you can choose to stay that way or you can choose another way!
Begin fat was a result of (unconscious) choices you made and make each and every day! You got fat by you choice of foods, foods that made you fat! It is the absolute truth that all that is separating the fat you from the thin you is a few Cohen meals, this is also a choice in foods, a choice to reverse the mistakes of the past, not continue them! The choice is yours, you know what you need to do, it is not that hard to prepare and eat Cohen meals, you have just got to do it and keep doing it!
- Your alias is "soon to be 145lbs" right? Is that a wish to be 145lbs or a commitment to be 145lbs? If you are deviating it means that you have just a wish not a commitment, you need to be
commited to yourself to stop yourself deviating. If a Dr told you that you that for some strange reason for the next 12 weeks that you would drop dead instantly due to extreme allergy caused by ingesting popcorn or chocolate would you eat some then?
- If you are hungry sometimes - tough, live with it! Feeling starving before meals - So what! That means your body is burning fat! Don't go into the kitchen at those times you feel tempted! Eat your crackers and/or fruit before cooking for others!

Reading for many months on this forum it seems that most people experience some regular level of hunger on this diet I think it is normal. Your body only burns fat as a last resort (or second last, last resort is to burn muscle), you need to feel hungry at times. Whem you feel hungry think of that these are "hungry bugs" which are eating your fat!
However some unlucky folk feel really hungry or feel light headed and tired all the time (low sugar), these people really struggle with being on the diet. Many of these people give up the diet. I always feel that somehow Dr Cohen team of consultants fails to help these people. The consultants always have a long list of potential causes, "deviations", "apples", "coffee", "wrong vitamins", "essential oils", "exercise" , "eat fruit and crackers at separate times".
If you have identified which certain times (of the month) that you feel really hungry, can you talk/email with your consultant about it? It is my personal feeling that rather than falling off the wagon completely and saying "cohen is not right for me and my body" at those starving times I think that you could try to eat extra amounts eg 50% more of the Cohen foods such as meat vegetables and yogurt. Being starving hungry for long periods each day, not just the hour before meals, then I 100% believe it is better to eat more food (extra meat, vegetables etc in a controlled way (pre-decided) that have your resolve eroded to the point of falling off the wagon. Its like feeling freezing cold, we can all feel cold a little bit each day it wont hurt us maybe do us some good, but if we are always feeling cold day and night 24*7, it doesnt matter how commited we are; we will break our commitment and start seeking warmth.
For dinner I try to eat the steak meal with lots of fresh vegetables, the fruit and crackers all at the same time, normally I dont feel hungry afterwards.
