Scarlet - WELCOME! wow i cant even believe you chose to start the program a WEEK before chrissy! that would of been just plain torture for me hehe luckily i started on the 17th nov 06' so i was quite used to cohens and determined to stick to my cohen guns through the silly season.And dont worry too much about deviating through chrissy, i have read a lot of post from fellow cohenites whove done the same - but hey - at least your back on the wagon and ready to go full steam ahead!
Taffy - Woah your clinic weighs you every two weeks? my clinic tries to drill it into us to weigh only once a month as your body goes through a four week cycle - who knows though, in the next two weeks you may have a HUGE kilo loss and minimal cm loss? CONGRATS on the losing cms!! now theres some motivation for you to keep going hey!? it proves that this program really IS working for you - one way or the other!! chin up okay?
ad4ad - HIYA! you will really find this forum very valuable as alot of these ladies (and men

) realy are very insightful, encouraging and also offer a quick kick up the bum when needed! if it wasnt for this forum i probably wouldnt of been into my 11th week as i am now - probably would of fallen off the wagon or deviated somehow! In regards to your question - i lost 10 kilo in my first 4 weeks on cohens, then 5.6 in my 8 week weigh in, my 12 week weigh in is next friday so im very curious to see how much ive lost over the last 4 weeks, this will also give me a fair idea on how much my body is losing per week (on average)...you must also take into account everyones body is different depending on their sex, height, age, weight, amount needed to lose etc (damn men ALWAYS lose faster then women hehe) and also whether theyve deviated somehow in the month (as one deviation can set you back to a weeks no weight loss).

Windyblue - OH DAMN i totally forgot about chinese new year, we have a chinese exchange student thats been living with us for some years now and he ALWAYS makes chinese new year at our house -DAMN i miss out on those lovely little cakes what are they called again? one is like all green and the other is all black like ' moon cakes' oh noooo i guess ill have to freeze them for when i finish refeed!!!yummmmmm GOOD LUCK!
Living it - So sorry to here your feeling a bit down atm...how come there is no tofu available to you?? Also we are allowed Cheese once a day how about incorporating that into your diet and maybe changing your yoghurt breakfast so an omlette dish?? maybe you need to sit down and write out a list of what REALLY went wrong for you to deviate (other then the variety of food) because as strict as it looks, there really is a LOT of variety for us to mix and match! nevermind about falling off..just get back on again! you have lost an AMAZING 22+ kilo!! maybe change your ticker so its as if youe JUST started cohens and only have 23 to lose?? keep going girl we are ALL here for you!!
