Kaika: I've been stuck at 198.8 for the last 4 days. I think if I see that same number tomorrow, I will be frustrated. I'm so jealous you're at 197 now. I just keep saying to myself --I will not go back to over 200. It's such a great feeling to break through that number!

I think I might just join the 190 club. 191 will be my 1/2 way point in my weight loss --which I could achieve by the end of the month if I stay focused!
 
Well, Im another 2lb closer to the goal, yayay!! 210lb today, so ten to go, I would love to do that before I go on Holiday in mid June, think that is a very attainable target :)

This time last week I was praying for a 3lb loss to break the 15stone barrier, this week, I am elated with the 2, beacuse now this journey is about so much more than the number on the scales, its all fallen to place in my head. And with this new knowldege I know that I will get to my slim goal, and am no longer hung up over the speed of the journey, im just gonna sit back, enjoy it and most of all learn lots from it :)

My scale today said 198.0 --yeah! One step closer to my 1/2 way goal!
 
Don't be jealous, I went to the doc and my scale is off. I still need to break this thing. However, it's okay. I'd rather have an accurate reading anyway. I'll get there, I know I will and you guys will too. You'll see. :)

Never mind, I see you did it. CONGRATULATIONS!! :D

hey kaika, good thinking on this "breaking 200 club" thing, im at 230 which is better then two weeks ago when i was at 240. my goal wieght is 180 but i am making 200 a "mini" goal. ive been walking alot lately. the wieght keeps coming off, i hope to lose the 30 pounds by summer maybe, it could take longer but as long as i get there.

good job to all of you for droping below 200, cant wait tll i get there.

Count me in, 200 will be like a check point for me. Currently 245 so I got a bit to go.

Congratulations to those of you that have broke the 200 barrier!
 
OMG! Every day I keep praying for me to remain under 200. That number has such power! And the scale read 195.6!!!! For the first time I feel I'm out of danger from having those couple pounds creep back up on me.

So, I'm now off to find that 190 club!

Keep up the good work everyone. I average 2 lbs a week lost--little by little everybody!!!!
 
Congratulations Kirby 216! Great job! This is my month to see 199. I'm sure of it. I'll meet you in the 190s club in June.
 
Motivation!

Wow! You guys are all so motivating!

I have been below the 200 mark a few times in my life, sometimes even in control enough to get lower than that and even stay there for awhile.

Your posts remind me that it is a gradual process and a learning process. I realize it has to be a lifestyle change. I'm not young anymore so can't just not eat for a few days and lose the weight I want like I used to.

It is good to be reminded of how exercise will help me too. Keep up the good work all of you - I'll try to do a few good things each day to get a healthier lifestyle going.
 
I stood on the scales this morning and it said 206!!!:jump: I am not going to change my ticker though until I maintain it for at least week since I am always bouncing back and forth a few pounds. This is the first time in about 6 years I have almost hit 200. I will do it though! I want to be 200 by the end of June!:)
 
Since I signed in here, I just reached under the the 250 lb mark. Now i'm in the mid 220's, half way there!

Another half to go :) Good luck everyone
 
I'm 5lbs from breaking out of the 2's. I can't wait to get out of here, no offense to anyone.

I've got one leg in here and another in the 190s club.

I'm still right there with you guys, hopefully by the begining of June, I will have broke this thing. It's gonna take some work but it's also going to be so worth it. I for one am tired of being the minimum weight requirement to be a Sumo wrestler. :rotflmao:

im down.. i need to loose some more weight! already lost 23lbs.. if i go by my dr scale i lost 24lbs!! wohoo

I've seen 199 twice in the last several days . . . once after a good workout Monday evening and then again first thing this morning. Too soon for me to log it as a permanent change - but I've seen it!
