hey kaika, good thinking on this "breaking 200 club" thing, im at 230 which is better then two weeks ago when i was at 240. my goal wieght is 180 but i am making 200 a "mini" goal. ive been walking alot lately. the wieght keeps coming off, i hope to lose the 30 pounds by summer maybe, it could take longer but as long as i get there.
good job to all of you for droping below 200, cant wait tll i get there.
