Hi Hamy and welcome to the forum! Do you have a specific goal in mind or are you just looking to eat better and get fitter?
Edit: just saw your post in the diary section and it answered the question. That's some big motivation right there. Best of luck, and don't give up when you mess up at some point (we all do) but try to figure out why it happened so you can avoid it next time.

slow changes sometimes go unnoticed.
from the 50's when finding a 170 man was probably easier than it would be today....
