let me begin by saying woohoo!

after about 7 days at pretty much the same weight i've lost a pound! it feels so good to step on the scale and see something different!
i still however need to work on my scale issues and tell myself it's just a number. i shouldn't let the number rule me, next time i weigh in at similar weights again i'll start spacing out the number of days i weigh in so that i don't get discouraged.

Wednesday 06/05/09 - 149.9kgs(330.5pounds) : (no exercise, was unwell)
