AProbably right eerika maybe two people the same height need to weigh different to be normal looking.Maybe its the muscles,bones ect....
I got kind of disapointed cause i thought " i need to loose another 10 kg to reach my goal" meaninig at my target weight of 65 i must loose another 10.
I did great today.Wish i had more of these great days!
I had my chicken and salad and kellogs bar
but the great thing is i did 40 minutes on st.bike (-513 cals!!!!)
i did 10 minutes on step and i really felt the bum muscles working this time!!!it was hard but it felt great!!!that didnt burn much i think it was 80 cals somethinkg like that
I did my strenght training for arms!!!
I am a very athletic girl today.
Whilw on the bike my mind was saying stop its just boring then it was saying ":your on the damn bike so just finish it"
I really wanted to stop after 20 minutes.My butt did start to hurt.Not like old times but it did.I think if i get to it again eveyday it will hurt really bad again...
I just get soooo bored to work out...i say later on later on and then its late and im tired and havent done anything....
So i ll really try to find the energy to make this a regulal.Not all this today workout though i think its too much for a regular.
I was thinking ill do one day bike (if i manage the pain) another day step then next day my zumba playstation and then 3 days weights.so ill get 1 day off///just do different things
yeah i know its easy to think and type it,i hope i can make this work.It DOES make me fell better and it DOES speed up weight loss...So we will see!!!!
