Changing the way i feel

Yeah, me too! Buying clothes is so much fun when you are slim as well, I could shop and try things on all day every day. Should try to find myself a rich man lol.

Don't eat chocolate, you will feel awful after. I just did, and it honestly wasn't worth it. It didn't taste amazing. Just a bit greasy, and it seemed to stick in my throat a bit as I swallowed, the gilt isn't worth it.

AIf you want to try chocolate, buy something very small, so there's nothing left to gorge on when you finish. You don't want to turn it into a binge! I suggest buying something really nice/ expensive, so you savour it.

But whether you want to do it or not- some people think it's a way to completely spoil their diet (I think a little every so often is more likely to make me keep on the diet, as I don't feel I'm depriving myself if I can have a little chocolate every so often). It's something you've got to work out (and is why you start buying a very small serving- because if you think you can handle it, can't, and feel the need to binge, if you've only got one piece you can't binge (but if you've bought a whole block you've undone days of work if you eat it all at once!)
 
Hey!i was running around like mad again these 2 days/

I went to the party i did have a piece of the b.cake it was lovely!Not sad i had it!!!

I got myseld a twister steper thats what the box wrote!its great.I opened it today and ttied it for 10 min,disapointed on the calorie burnt but really fun to do!

In 10 minute i climbed 570 steps and burnt 80 cals.It wasnt difficult as i thought it would be.It did burn a bit but i went away,i could keep going but my boy was coming out the shower with his daddy and i had to get him ready for bed but tommorow im doing more for sure i actually liked it!

Then i did some weight for the arms.

I did 3 sets of 14repeats of each exersice.

I am really happy i did this even for a short time cause every thing needs a first little step and then all comes in place!So im actually waiting for tomorow to work out again!!!


I woke at 9 i went and cleaned this block of flats the stairs!)oh yes its my mother in laws thats still away!but we are going to keep the money this month!!!) then i came home got my child left him at my mum place went cleaned the night vlub with my husband (i really could do it again alone!) then got my boy back went for a long drive looking for a ps3 game that i could find...But checked out the prices for the ps3 zumba dvd and the camera and other thingyou hold, well it was all at 130 euro i cant give it right now but will so soon!Then it was 7pm and we hadnt eaten anything , so we sotped at this restaurant that had home cooked food,had a piece of pastitsio and salad and diet coke ,Then at 8ish we were home and i was celaning until 11pm.Did the steps and weights ,showered and i am relaxing!!!Going to see a dvd in a while!
 
Hi jasper...that twister thing sounds kinda fun...congrats on finding new ways to add exercise to your day...i think we all need to do that more...I get caught up in getting structured 60 minutes 5 days a week and sometimes get overwhelmed when i don't get it all in...I need to focus on some fun activities!!


as far as treats and chocolate...i love them and still have them....I couldn't go cold turkey because i would obsess about it...so i give my self a treat every few days...works for me..but I do know if i would lay off the junk i would loss faster...but its a trade off i am willing to make :)
 
AI just got rid of my twist step thing, I left it outside my front door for someone to take :eek: I hated it, but we all like different things I guess.

I'm glad your husband helped you out with cleaning the club, at least it was only a few hours work that way. And all the profits can go towards the ps3 zumba :)

AI always am thinking of ways to make exercise fun cause i dont like it.It does make me feel good AFTER but thats not enough to make me get it in my routine.
So the little step has come in handy!
Today i did 15 minutes,1000 stairs~and 140 cals burnt

BR COffee ans raisin bread
Snack 200 cals of low fat fruit yoghurt
Lunch Lentile soup
Snack Coffee
Dinner Lentile soup
LATE NIGHT SNACK......some feta cheesse with 4 mini toasts

Seems i had quite a lot today but still im feeling kind of hungry....

I also did 5 different weight exercises for my arms each one of 3 sets of 14 repeats so that makes 210 repeats!!!!
It was a little hard i felt like i couldnt make it but i did!
I also managed to get 30 sit ups , wanted more but then i had my boy sitting on my stomach laughing so it was hard to complete!!!!

I found from ebay the motion controllers for ps3 i am waiting for them to tell me the price for postage to Greece!Its half price!!!!
So if i get that , ill look for the zumba aswell!!!
 
Acrapy day as food goes.I feel terible.Bloated,fat adn just YUCK but still i am thinking of food......?????
I want to belive i will feel better tomorow....I had this very tasty lunch but then it was so good i also ate some out the pot , and then a few more here and there.I think i probably ended up eating 2 servings...
It was sausages w/green pepper and rice.....Then i wanted chocolate...ate a kellogs bar thank goodnes!Also had half a yoghurt a few grapes.
The thing is that the food made me fell bad.In my mind but also my body...
So ill get some sleep hoping the bloatness will be gone.

The good thing is i just won my ps3 move kit and the zumba game for ps3!!!I am trying to finds the belt aswell , but they are all expensive.If i dont find it ill probably strap the controller on in some way.Ill figure that out when it arrives!

I am tired again.GOing to read some diaries and off to bed.
 
AHope you're feeling better soon. It's interesting the way food can come back to bite you, as it were, and make you feel bad about what you've done. I know that feeling. Good on you for minimising the damage with the chocolate craving though!

I also did some situps yesterday so my tummy is a bit strange feeling plus the food...its weird.i feel bloated but my tummy isnt really when i touch it!
I think im going to get my weights out and do my arm exercises , the time is 1 . 39 am but at least the baby is sleeping and no interuptions...

Ajasper...I think we could play ZUMBA online together on the PS3...I have never done it...but my sons play with people all over the world...how freaking funny would that be!! I like mine....I don't use the belt tho...because my belly pushes the controller out of all the time....I just hold it in my hand...seems to work good...just a tip :) :)

If u dont use the belt and just hold it is it the same thing????
Also something i dont get is WHY do we need the controller?what exactly does it do?Does it keep track of your moves?and if so what happens?
Also does it show calories burnt?I really dont know but already bought it!

Well i was good.
Had a bit of pasta for lunch w.fresh tomatoe
and then a made a salad just now but didnt like it so i left it...i had a kellogs bar insted but i am hungry....

So food today

BR 2 Coffees
Snack Low fat yoghurt
Lunch Pasta w.tomatoe sause a slice of bread some tomatoe onion salad
Dinner Kellogs bar....

So hungry.....

I hope they will fit....i have this idea in my head that even at my ideal weight ill still be big bones big frame big everything and even though ill be "slim" ill still be big....Dont know if u can really get this one!!!


BAD BAD girl...i was (am( hungry...so i just got up went straight to the left over soausauge soyvlaki my nephew didnt eat tonight,opened the package and bit...then i was saying in my head STOP NOW...but i bit again then i quickly just pout it in rubi's dish...(my dog)
So i ate another kellogs abar 80 cals 2 cheeses 50 cals and 2 mini toasts 60 cals Total190 cals plus the 3 bites of souvlaki taking me to around280 cals in just a few minutes............

Off to bed...........
