Changing the way i feel

Hi Jasper!!:hurray: You look AMAZING in your pics, so much thinner, you can especially see a HUGE difference in your stomach!! It has gone waaaaaaay in, the back and sides look totally smaller.

I was speaking w/my friend yesterday.Shes my skinny friend.Shes is 1,69 and 50 kg....
So she went to a profesional and had some tests done and came out that for her height she should be 52kg..
SO i am the same height...wondering if 65 kg will still be more than normal....

Have lunch in the oven chicken breast w.pepers in oilpaper.Its not fattening and its one of my favourite.Its so tasty you'd think its fattening!
Determined to have agood one today
Already did some arm exercises.Going to get on the stepper too...maybe ill try the bike aswell....If my but hurts again ill get off....
 
AWTF?? I think 50-52 kg for almost 1,70cm tall person is waaaay too little than it should be. My little sister is 1,70cm tall and her weight is 70 kg, and she's perfectly normal sized I think.
I think you (and I) shouldnt worry yet what will be the best weigth for us, cos Ive been thinking that too.. My older sister is 1,79cm tall and 60kg and she is REALLY skinny but still normal looking though.. I think weight is pretty individual after all. Some may have more muscle if they work out, like maybe I have, and my ideal weight would probably be 75kg in the future. But I still wanna weight under 70kg so bad. But Im sure we will find our ideal weights.. :)

P.S. The photos looks FABULOUSSSSS!! Such a huge progress girl!! Keep on going! ;)
 
AProbably right eerika maybe two people the same height need to weigh different to be normal looking.Maybe its the muscles,bones ect....
I got kind of disapointed cause i thought " i need to loose another 10 kg to reach my goal" meaninig at my target weight of 65 i must loose another 10.

I did great today.Wish i had more of these great days!

I had my chicken and salad and kellogs bar
but the great thing is i did 40 minutes on st.bike (-513 cals!!!!)
i did 10 minutes on step and i really felt the bum muscles working this time!!!it was hard but it felt great!!!that didnt burn much i think it was 80 cals somethinkg like that
I did my strenght training for arms!!!
I am a very athletic girl today.
Whilw on the bike my mind was saying stop its just boring then it was saying ":your on the damn bike so just finish it"
I really wanted to stop after 20 minutes.My butt did start to hurt.Not like old times but it did.I think if i get to it again eveyday it will hurt really bad again...

I just get soooo bored to work out...i say later on later on and then its late and im tired and havent done anything....
So i ll really try to find the energy to make this a regulal.Not all this today workout though i think its too much for a regular.
I was thinking ill do one day bike (if i manage the pain) another day step then next day my zumba playstation and then 3 days weights.so ill get 1 day off///just do different things

yeah i know its easy to think and type it,i hope i can make this work.It DOES make me fell better and it DOES speed up weight loss...So we will see!!!!

AI wouldn't listen about wanting to weigh 52kg. I'm 167cm tall and I haven't weighed anywhere near that since I was 12 (before I stopped growing!). See how you feel, perhaps talk to your doctor, but I'm almost certain you'd want to be a lot shorter than you or me to weigh anywhere near the 50kg mark.

I think you look great after a work out...I am always beetroot red and my hair is dripping with sweat. I have got use to it now but i still really hate it. I wish i looked that good after working out.

I felt exausted and sweaty but that didnt really show on the pic!

SO yesterday a had a bad fight once again w/my husband.I felt like hiting him ....i really did...i was so pissed off all evening and felt like eating anything...but i didnt.i had some leftover chicken w/a tomatoe and 2 mini toast insted

Lost 200 gr as well down to 82,5 and i havent visisted the loo yet!Sorry!!!!:hat:

Well i really hope i find the energy to do something like yesterdays workout.I am still so p/off with him i usually just downt get off the couch when i feel like this...
I want to go upstairs and clean the room out its terrible, so i can sleep up there tonight.

also i m feeling really impatient about the weightloss..its 82,5, then 82 then 81,6 then 81....god...lets get it over with already and hit the 79 marking on my scales...
now that would be something i really have NEVER seen before.Probably back in my teens i dod but dont remember.

I wopuldnt actually hit him but i did get the urge to...he came in the morning for a cuddle and i sent him away,aswel as when i was making lunch i told him not to touch me....
He said something about my mother...and my mother didnt have anythingto do with the fight...also he named me aswell usisng TERRIBLE language INFRONT of 3 kids his nephew and our 2 best friends...so f%^(%@# that.....

ive done 40 minutes on bike.hated every second.I got really very tired.Did some arm exercises with weightsI was thirsty while on the bike so got off and had a glass of water.Its made my stomach feel really bad....dont know why

Erika you too have been through emotional ups and downs leading you to eat bad so u know aswell what it is like.But thing is we making it happen!
i was stuck for sometime on 87 i think or 86?and i thought it will nevergo down~~BUt magic and hard work happens!!!
 
AHi Jasper! Just thought I'd drop by because I always see your lovely replies to some of the other girls' diaries and you seem really lovely!

You have done SO incredible well already! And those photos you recently put up look sensational - you have such a gorgeous little bum! And everyone is right - your tummy definitely has changed an enormous amount!

I know what you mean with the weight thing at the moment - seems we are both stuck at about the same point! You said: "82,5, then 82 then 81,6 then 81...." which is awesome! I've been 82.7, 82.2, 81.7, 82.1, and tomorrow I expect about 82.7 ish. GRRR!!! I know what you mean! I wish it'd just get on with it and hit a 70-something already! But I haven't been doing so well so I think you'll get there much faster than me!

Thing is that if we get our act together and go a little more serious about dieting we will get there faster.I too have let loose a bit the past few weeks.Not terrible but not as good as the earlier days
So i think we must rethink our attitudes!!!

About 200-250 cals worth of icecream
Dinner 1 carrot it will be 2 soon!

Ai am still very mad at him but at least im speaking to him./////will pass soon i think.

So today i had the day for myself.My son went with his dad for walks and things so i was out from the morning searching for a dress to wear at the christening im going to in Crete.I do have some dresse but my husband insisted i go get something new.
So i went all by myself~no pram,or running around after my son in dress shop getting looks from salesgirls!

I didnt finsomething i really liked,and one i likes was only in small and XS.So after a very long day of driving walking and searching i did find something i liked a lot.It was a little expensive but i had no choice cause from next week i will be very busy no time searching for clothes.

I went to marks and Spencers that have uk sizes just so i can see what size i am.I tryied on a 14 size dress it nearly fitted.I could make the zip close but i was alone and was really scared id get stuck in it.So i guess im still a sixteen???or maybe it was a small 14?it was from the M&S petite range(dont know if its actually called that cause it is petite...?)
In the dressing rooms they have mirrors all aroud and i was really happy to see the difference in me without comparing photos.I dont look HUGE anymore.That FAT BIG look i had is gone.I am not thin but i am inbetween.
Also this morning scales showed 82,0 and then 81,9 so hoping to be at least 80,5 by the end of NEXT week.

I should really be 79 NEXT week , i was planing on that for a long time , you know 1 kg loss a week but i had some down days its taken me a bit back.

Now the dress i got was a size 4, i think that is an XL , but i really did need a size smaller.It isnt BIG but it isnt really STEADY stay in PLACE , my boy pulled me and the dress nearlly went down showing my bra.Its stapless.So i think overall i am a NORMAL size 14 maybe sixteen ans size Large.

The woman in the shop told me not to loose another 15 kg maybe another 10.So im glad to know i am NOT seen anymore as a big blobe of fat~~~~~

Now for my eating

BR 2 coffees
Lunch 10 meatballs with fries from IKEA
Dinner 4 mni toast with 2 thick slices of fet cheese and a tomatoe.

Didnt work out at home today came in late and did house work.
I did walk a lot though today

AThanks tete!!!I am ok now, not mad anymore.That lasted a few days.....!!!!

My husband found a camera on the street it seems to have better quality that my one so i had to check it out!I found my winter clothes and tryied on some pants i had hidden away cause they didnt fit anymore.2 jeans.They do close but are not wearable yet.Thing is the one pair i used to wear them back in 2007(the year i met my husband.They fited ok.A bit tight round the hips but i remember wearing them and feeling great...so i guess my lowest wasnt 84 kg as i thought ...i must of been around about 75kg then.I didnt care to weigh myself then.
The other pair never fited even when i bought them,but i got them cause i thought they would fit....I ll put the pics up later on just for u guys to see.Hope the comparing ones are not going to take long~!!!
I also had hidden a black jean skirt from M&S Never used , i got it on sale years ago for 5 euro thats why i got it.But didnt fit at all.
It does fit but still not wearable in public!THe skirt says size 16....????i have another size 14 M&S jean skirt that is really big on me now it falls right down to the largest point of my hip...So i am confused again about my size.I have a dark blue denim mini skirt again the same make its 16 size and fits ok now....So whats up???

so ive got new target to fit in all these clothes...seems imposible right now.Felt really slim today got on the scales and i was 82,5...plus 500 gr....i am hoping its water im getting my periods next week...and im getting them the day we are leaving fro crete...so i am thinking of calling my gynecologist to get that pill that makes your perods a bit late.I dont want to have them cause i have planed on going to a water park!Never gone in my life and so looking forward to it.
So ill be back later for food new.Up until now only coffee.I must get ready , im going to the hairdressers.Ill put my new look on too later!
 
AYesterady after having my hair done we went out w/friends to a fish restaurant.
It was about 6ish and i hadnt had anything all day.so i ate.I had kalamari and some fries and some salad.I even had 2 pieces of bread.
Then i had a coffee and nothing else.
I was hungry at about 1 am but made myself go to sleep so i wouldnt eat at that time.

Today i have no idea what im going to have...theonly thing i think i have in my kitchen is spaggetti and i really dont want to eat that today,after my bad fried bread yesterday.
Maybe i ll only have a lettuce and tuna salad and fill up on carrots.It going to be hard cause i must make spaggetti for the rest to eat....
