Changing the way i feel

Feeling really light weighted today,another day on the run.
I mhelping my mother sort out some stuff that has to do with legals documents ,work permits ect so there is a lot of running aroung , driving aroun , in and out of places.
Right now, i am feeling hungry.
I had today
BR Coffee
Lunch Orzo with light tomatoe sause(a plate)
Snack 2 nectarines
Dinner 2 nectarines
Well i was supposed to have a salad with tuna but i was to tired to wash the lettuce and now im getting hungry
Its 1:15 am here , so eating isnt a good idea.
Have to get up early again in the morning so good night to u all

AAA forgot to mention the other day my uncle,complimented me and said im looking lovely and keep up the good work.FIrst i thought something was wrong with him.Then i thought maybe he wants a favor.Last i thought i probably deserve the compliment!!!!

Better than eating too much though thats for sure - ie me the last couple days.

You definitely deserve the compliment and it's funny how we don't take compliments right away for what they are sometimes.

I know i didnt eat well yesterdaymthats why i was hungry at night ,i didnt have anything though cause i was going to sleep and didnt want to add more calories to my body,i havent lost anything for wuite some time now,im getting fustrated.
Today was crazy, my kid was absolutly CRAZY AND MOANING ALL DAY LONG....
He was banging the doors,saying NO to everything,crying,moaning,and when i finally sat down in the lounge He even through a glass of water right in my face,laughing his head of,untli his dad smacked him and made him go to sleep..//OMG whats up with him?????
He never was like that!!!!

So back to my food for the day
BR Coffee
Lunch 2 homemade grilled burgers(i call them meat balls , from my mum,dont know if that is right)with green salad.I put a lot of salt in the meat though,by accident.It was so salty i had to put lemon on the to try to balance it a bit.
Snack A bowl og strawberry jelly
Dinner a can o tuna fish with corn,lettuce and thats extra light hellmans mayo
I hated that mayo at start.Wanted to put it in the rubbish but i m warming up to it.Nothing like the real stuff though.I do have the real hellmans my husbnad likes it,there is 115 cals i think in a spoofull......The one i have has about 11cals i think...
well i think i did ok today.I had lots of water too,cause of al that salt.I was wondering HOW bad is salt in food.I mean once in a while adding lots of salt or eating ready made food that contains lots of it will it cause damage to a diet.?

I didnt have a great day yesterday but nothing that could put mearly 2 pounds on.
Iam just hoping this is from my periods(but it is ending)or water....I am shocked,and really mad..........

Yesterday started well but not so good after lunch.
I didnt have lunch so i ate 2 grilled cheese.
then at about 11pm soooo late i hade 2 small grilled burgers(i have a pic of them somewehere on my diary)with green salad
I also had 2 scoops of vanila ice cream

I didnt eat THAT MUCH to put on weight.Neither past day did i eat bad...so what id happenning?
 
Salt can cause water retention which can cause a spike in weight or hide weight loss. Salt also isn't good for your health- can cause problems down the line (can't remember which ones off the top of my head, but a lot of things I've read recommend that you should never add salt for health reasons)

I know you find calorie counting frustrating, but can you work out how many calories you've eaten in the last little while? That might let you figure out what's going wrong. I find talking about "good" and "bad" foods deceptive when thinking about weight loss/ gain/ retention- not all good foods will help you lose weight.

Well im going to sit down ans calculate the cals.While eating and at the end of the past days i knew i wasnt going over 1500 and some days i was way under....So even i thought eating a bit more yesterday would be ok cause i had saved some cals already.

Maybe sweetdaily its cause of me not working out on my bike so often as usual.I was really on the go all these past days and havent workout out cause i was tired.
 
Don't worry, it definitely isn't fat. I bet in a couple of days it will have gone down again.

Has your son calmed down since the other day? How old is he? If he can't talk yet, maybe he had a tummy ache or was in some sort of pain or something. I feel your pain over temper tantrums, my son just lies flat on the floor when he doesn't get his own way, and also lashes out at his sister for no reason *STRESS*.
 
I did calculate calories and i see they are fine.I think its the period.I had this awful headachw yesterday and a bit today.So hopefully tommorow its over ill get on the scales and see...
Today i had
BR coffee , 2 "toasts" with half a slice of edam cheece on each
LUNCH salad lettuce,tometoe,onion,corn,can of tuna
SNACK 3 biscuits(90cals),1 square of chocolate(50cals)-----OMG the whole slab was about 600 calories...
2 diet cokes.
Dinner Noodle soup home made for my husband...Dont know cals but probably nearly nothing.I just added some chicken flavor and the noodles.
1 carrot im eating righ now


My child is 2 years ans 3 months,He doesnt speak yet only mum , dad and makes all the animals voices!!!I hate it when he bangs things on purpose and moans all day!generally he is a very good boy , just the last few days he has changed.....hoping he is going to change back to normal!!!!


Well PERSONAL STUFF BELOW WARNING!!!!

Had this "crazy " idea to get some action tonight.So i didnt let my boy sleep in the afternoon so he could be really tired by night...(BAAAAD MUM!)
I got a sexy dress i have,found my hight heels,painted my nails red!plucked my eyebrows!!
I even called a girlfriend of mine, asking here to give a sexy movie!!!OOOOWWW how embarising was that???well it was calling here that i know she has,or renting one!!!
So i was really exited i have never done anything like this before PLUS my sex life is going through huge downfall,for some time!
So what do u think happened???
Before i came home from my girfriend home,with a bunch of dvds in my bag(the same bags i have baby wipes and buzz-lighyear figure in!!!AGAIN BAD MUM) my husband called telling me he has the runs!!!OMG!!!he was running to the loo every 10 minutes....
SO all plans went down the drain......
At least he didnt know about this so if i can get the courage again to even think of this again it will be a suprise!!!Well tonihgt the suprise was on me....
At least i got to see nip tuck!!!!

I'm sure that day when you gained 2 lbs, i saw you ate 2 hamburgers at 11pm. I find everytime I eat late like past 8. My food takes a long time to digest and come out the other end. I always jump on the scale in the morning after my morning loo which empties me out. But anytime I eat late, I ended up having another poop around noon. I always notice my extra weight on those days too. It should come off by the next day if you don't eat late again.

Stay on track, dear! We're in this fight together..and we're in some tough rounds!
 
The middle pic is the 2 burgers i mentioned in a earlier post,that was so salty.Im ground meat mixed with onions and stuff put on the grill!and the rest is lettuce salad.

Yes i agree with what u say.I did have that late diner and i do only get on the scales after visiting the loo in the morning.
I feel so much better not bloated anymore.Going to get on the scales right now!

Its so strange though that i DO feel bloated in the morning after eating something that i shouldnt have.Before changing my eating habbits i never felt this way.or maybe i need but i couldnt "hear" my body then.
I feel so much better after salads and stuff than burgers and fries.
i still do want to eat them now and then but im managing...
Also its a great accomplishent(sorry for spelling)that i ate 1 little block of the chocolate yesterday!!!
Coming back with the scales reading....

I did a lot of housework,moved and cleaned the couch(it was very difficuly after all) cleaned the house spotless!!!!

I was wondering do thin people have this feeling or not cause the ve always been slim and dont feel the diffirence?

LOL...I wonder that too..maybe they just have skinny and skeletal days..haha...your doing great ....soon enough it will be more skinny days that not!!!

I love the days when I feel skinny, its great isn't it!

Do you know what, when I was skinny I felt fatter than I do now! I was teeny. But completely convinced I was a chub. Promise me if I feel like that again when I am down to my goal weight, you will send me a virtual slap :D

You've motivated me to clean my couch tomorrow, it does definitely need a wipe down, and its one of those things I don't think to do.

I feel awful after eating junk too, and the day after. The couple of times I've gone off on a mad one I have got loads of spots and my skin looks awful as well. Its weird that we become so accustomed to feeling so bad all the time when we're eating badly.
 
So did i feel fat and horrible when i weighed LESS than i do now!!!Now i feel much better!its our mind!it plays such a big part in all of this.
I used to get spots ALL the time before eating better.I had one that was on my chin like for ever!it never left.It faded out a bit somedays and pop right out in a bright red the rest of the time!Well i dont have that anymore!i dont have a single spot.I do get the, anyway when i get my period m but not anymore!!!!actually my skin has never been better!!!!and i LOVE that cause i freak out about my skin!im scared of ageing!!!

Jasper! I totally know what you mean about not feeling bloated and heavy and tired all the time. I actually tried a raw food diet for 2 weeks and I never felt bloated once. It was great...minus the limitations of raw food only.

I don't feel as bloated but I notice its when I eat bad food and normally later in the evening ..which tends to be a night out with the friends.
