Changing the way i feel

ok.....im at my motherin laws home right now,out in the garden,they are NOW going to Sit down to eat.....She has made home made souvlaki.....Only the pita bread she FRIED it.....not grilled..but deep fried it1!!!!!!OMG>>>>>>i am a bit hungry but trying to pass.....if she had grilled it i would have.no mayo or anything just the pita woth tomatoes,onion and little metballs in...
So im trying to take my mind of it..
I was really hungry before,we were going to the beach,so i chopped up some lettuce and a tomatoe and 4 baby meatballs and had that in the car!so i wouldnt eat anything at the beach.But now im fighting with myself NOT to go inside and eat....
hoping they will eat quick and finish as soon as possible!~!!!!!NOT HAVING A BAD DAY TODAY....NO NO NO!!!
when i get home ill probably have a tuna with lettuce and extra light mayo...

TRYING TO THINK OF SOMETHINIG else then those fried pita breads:banghead::banghead::banghead:
 
I so know what you are going thru at the mother-in-laws!!!
Who frys pitta anyway, don't you just stick it in the toaster and then eat about 4 of them cut up with cheese and chive dip!!. Ooops, did i say that out loud?! tee hee. That is something i really miss. Anyway, i really hope you managed to not eat them but if you did, then don't worry, just move on and don't let it beat you up. Thinking of you hun.
 
Hang in there jasper...those darn moms and moms-in-laws...always trying to fatten us up!! lol.

jeepers DEEP FRIED PITTA?!?!? How ridiculous! That's like taking all the good tasting things about pitta and frying them away! Hold strong! Just eat the meatballs!!!

I know exactly what you mean about skinny days - you just feel "stretched" in the torso area and like a lean mean machine (except you aren't a machine or mean...). Well, WHEN we are all skinny people, we will be able to work out if you still have feeling-skinny days!!!

Oh Ken. I'm so glad its not just me that sets my weighing by my pooping!!! hahahahaha

Keep it up Jasper, you are doing so well in the face of adversity!
 
A!!!well i resisted and didnt have any of that food!!!We went home yesterday and i had a can of tuna with corn,tomatoe , and extra light mayo with 2 toasts
My baby got sick today at around 6am,was vomiting and i am really nervous today,anxious ect...i cant handlle it well when he gets sick,i hate it,i get so worried i feel like voimiting...
So im making food now.WIll post tonight the picks.
This is yesterdays food.The first one i hade 4-5 of the little meatballs the rest my son!

Forgot to say that this morning i went on the scales and first reading was 85,8 then i got on twice more and i was 86,1 so thats good anyway,i have been stuck for some time so hope my weight will be dropping again!!!

I know what you mean about worrying about your son being ill. You just want to take away their pain for them. Hope he's feeling better soon.

I'm hoping you didn't give in to the deep fried pitta, how did it go? Its horrible if you are really hungry and the only choice is super-unhealthy food. I love deep fried bread with a passion.

I bet there is a skinny person out there right now, who is feeling skinny. The hussy.
 
healthyfeetken some times its easy to NOT eat,when i have already eaten my stuff,but sometimes when hunry its a battle in my head!I dont always the the right thing though

Lunch a chicken nugget(well a big one) with some plain rice and a little mustard
Snack BAD BAD BAD some of my boys biscuits.They didnt have chocolate or anything plain white , but had 20 cals per biscuit.I think i had about 15 of them...maybe even 20. 300-500calories/....:smash::cuss::leaving:
Dinner Soup very little cals only used a chicken flavour square(i dont know what they are called in english,they re little flavoured things(chicken,beef or veggie taste) you put in your boiling water.
EXTRA 2 of those little dryed toast with 2 slices of edam cheese

So take away the biscuits i was good!!!

I hope i dont get sick aswell,first was my husband ,now my boy....OMG!Well on the bright side i was thinking if i do get sick for a couple of days i;ll loose another 2 kg just like that.It did happen to me in the start of my journey.....
I hate been sick,the vomiting ...hate hate hate and scared of it....

It's okay though, you've had a really good stretch of good eating, just a small bump in the road. You'll be back at it tomorrow!

hey Jasper. You know you did bad on the biscuits...calorie wise you balanced it out by having flavoured hot water for dinner...but I think you know this isn't the nutritional balance to stick with for good!! hehehe. Today is another day! You are doign so well though overall :)

I had a full day today,on the go plus i cleaned for 3 hours...

Lunch spaggetti with fresh tomatoe sause and sprinkled cheese 7 pm...
i ate late cause thats the time i got home.I weighed the spaggetti before cooking (THANKS AMY!!!)v it was 70 gr I reallly wanted to eat more cause i felt so hungry but after i ate i was just fine!

Dinner 1 nectarine and diet coke

Also i had this energy drink at noon that had 150 calories in....
I think i did good today.The spaggetti comes around 500 cals so i think i even underate today....
Ok going to have a shower make my son his milk and come bacj to read the journals!

That's a good idea of measuring out spaghetti. I really have been wanting some lately but I always make way too much spaghetti.
 
well i once freaked out,cause i weighed it when it was already cooked and got double the calories that i actually did consume.So Amy a girl here on the forum told me to weigh BEFORE cooking.Thats the right way to do it.Cause the weight nearly doubles after.
So today i was out of thin angel hair spaggetti only had the thick one(photo) so because i was cooking for all of us i actually weighed 70 grams and then counted them.I actually counted the long stips of pasta.32 it was!!!then i put all the bag in the pot and when ready i took 32 strips and put them in my plate.My husband just made jokes about me doing this!!!!I wonder what i'll do when we have angel hair??????OMG!!!!I'll be counting for hours!!!!!
 
Hi Jasper. To make life easier you can weigh it after cooked.....200g of cooked pasta is316 cals. We all eat pasta so had to find out how many in cooked. Xx

Well i came across some photos from my babys baptism last year and i look AWFUL....i am scared to look furhter.....OMG...
I will post some...That was 12 kg fatter...the difference is huge....

ok...98 kg in these pics (216 pounds)

why didnt i do this earlier?why did i look so bad on that big day?the dress was new the hair was sleek but my body?i was really sad that day anyway....
